Yeahhh, it does.
Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure PurenessSeconded as that makes more sense to me.
Agreed.
Checking out those links made me find this other thing that never got resolved. (Well, it got one response.) Reposting:
The first paragraph of Fission Mailed relies on knowledge of the mentioned games. Some can be figured out from context, but all in all it seems pretty unnecessary considering the second paragraph cuts straight to the chase. Would anyone be against removing it? Personally I found myself skimming it and skipping to the second paragraph.

Should we also maybe make that paragraph on A Good Way to Die less... ridiculous in its insistence?
Trouble Cube continues to be a general-purpose forum for those who desire such a thing.I guess it can be removed, partly because I kinda feel it's unneeded.
I'd just use "no" instead of "NO, NO, NO".
Yeah, a single no would be good.
I wanted to reword this sentence on Rocket Ride because it's referencing the page image. However, I am not sure if the sentence is necessary to begin with.

Macron's notesUnless many examples use such implications, I'd say to cut it.

Disambig Needed: Help with those issues! tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=13324299140A37493800&page=24#comment-576Seconded. I feel that needs to go.
Thinking about it, none of that paragraph is specific to A Good Way to Die. By default, no trope lists Averted Trope examples unless it's an Omnipresent Trope, which this obviously isn't. Do we need to keep it at all?
Trouble Cube continues to be a general-purpose forum for those who desire such a thing. The description for Cyberpunk alludes to the Mohs Scale of Science Fiction Hardness, though doesn't directly link to it:
"Cyberpunk tends to be pretty hard science fictions, usually lingering between a 4 and a 5"
Should we be using such numbers in such a casual way? It makes no sense out of context, and I think such sliding scales are being phased out of regular use on the site?
Edited by harryhenry on Nov 11th 2022 at 5:01:44 AM
What those numbers even mean?
Valdocomes across to me about closet gushing about how realistic cyberpunk is. cut the whole thing.
Seconded. I don't think it's needed anyway.

Something that came up in a recent troping misadventure I had: Sexual Extortion and Captive Date should probably reference each other as related tropes, right?
Related along what axis? I think I see what you mean, but they don't share any indexes, at least?

Being coerced into romantic/sexual acts.

(x3) Sounds right to me since they're kinda similar-ish.
Found this in the description for Game Mod:
And in a recent controversy, a Sock Puppet Troll uploaded a shitpost mod for Spider-Man Remastered on Nexus Mods replacing the LGBTQ+ rainbow pride flag with the flag of the United States with the description "changes the stupid pride flags with american flags" [sic] in an apparent effort to sow controversy. This unsurprisingly led to much outcry both from Nexus who took down the mod in question and those who were displeased about the site's censorship policy.
Examples Are Not Recent, it's nattery, and there are possible ROCEJ concerns. Chop it?

Cut it. There's no reason to specifically single out a mod for doing XYZ controversial thing in a trope description.
I don't think the specific case should be in trope description. It was also added unilaterally by klausbaudelaire two months ago.
TroperWall / WikiMagic CleanupI removed it. How do I send them a notifier? Is that something separate from PMing?
Edited by badtothebaritone on Nov 11th 2022 at 6:25:14 AM
You go into the history and click "Send a Message".
Additionally, I feel like I remember that name popping up before...

Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure PurenessSo they're synonymous, got it.
Edit: Sent them a notifier.

They've also unilateally added this paragraph and this, which may need own discussion.

Brought this up a bajillion years ago but never got a response:
(e: Twice! And we completely forgot the second time happened lol)
A Good Way to Die ends with:
I don't know the logic behind this, but even so, I think it has subversion (looks like trope will happen, but then it doesn't) and aversion (trope just doesn't happen) swapped?
