With a few groups of characters I’ve dreamed up, with the females, if they’re not the team’s resident genius, they’ll definitely be a bit of a Wrench Wench (maybe not addicted to working on the stuff, but knowledgeable).

If it's set somewhere in the Big Applesauce (if not there then somewhere close by), there's a good chance I wrote it. Especially if it takes place sometime between 1980 and 2015 and has at least one Hispanic main character.

Meaningful names, deadpan snarkers, Shown Their Work and the theme of "it's not who/what it is, it's how it's used/acts". Also action. Lots of action.
