This thread is to request that a locked article be unlocked. Please read the guidelines below before making a request.
- Please see Locked Pages and Permanent Redlink Club first. If an article is on the Permanent Redlink Club, it will not be unlocked, ever.
- Pages cut a while ago were automatically locked. Before asking for an unlock, make sure that the article you want to create is in the proper Namespace, has gone through YKTTW if it's a trope, and otherwise fulfills our guidelines for Creating New Pages.
- If you just want to make an edit to an article, post here
instead.
- Don't ask for new Main redirects. Those are only for old articles with lots of existing inbounds.

I'll start it off: could someone please unlock Hootie And The Blowfish so I can make a new page on it? The last page was cut for being copypasta from Wikipedia.

I put it one the cut list and even said not to cut it after it was fixed. Weird.
Also, YMMV.Hero In Training got cut for listing Belligerent Sexual Tension despite being objective. Can it be unlocked?

Is it just me, or are a lot of YMMV articles getting cut merely for containing stuff that doesn't belong there? Seems like a misuse of the cutlist.

Isn't that the point of the Cut List for stuff like that? Should we just make another thread for this topic?

I was wondering if Nice Boat could get unlocked and redirected to Cool Boat. It was originally a redirect to School Days (after an infamous example of Relax-o-Vision), but I've seen it used to mean Cool Boat. Or would that just be confusing?
I'd really love to see Tiny Tyrannical Tsundere unlocked. I have reason to believe that it was cut due to having "tsundere" in its title, but that makes no sense seeing as how Tsundere is a very well-established trope.

Could a mod unlock Characters.Disgaea4? I forgot it somehow had a reasonable amount of inbounds, so I'd like it to redirect to the correct page, Characters.Disgaea 4 A Promise Unforgotten
That's because it's a stub - please create a better description and at least three tropes before adding a work.

Write a mock-up, then post it here, asking for the page to get unlocked.
Cut pages are just auto-locked.

For some reason the Funny page for Oh God, Not Again! is locked and can't be edited. I was just checking here first to see if we can get it unlocked or if I should make a separate thread to figure out why it's locked.

It was cut for being blank and not apparently linked to a work. I think we need Fanfic to be a primary namespace, or else put a link on the Funny page to the actual work. Anyway, I unlocked it.

Can someone unlock YMMV.Almost Naked Animals please? The original YMMV page was cut for having a Complaining About Shows You Dont Like entry for The Scrappy.
