Complete Monster: Karl Hochman is known as The Address-Book Killer for his predilection of obtaining victims from stolen address books. While driving to kill a victim, Karl is injured in a car accident and a freak electrical surge when he is hooked up to machinery results in his soul becoming digitized. Now free to continue his spree, Karl uses his powers to scan address books digitally and murder everyone on the lists. Now able to manipulate any electrical appliance, Karl initiates electrical fires, causes explosions, and uses electrical shocks to claim new victims with seemingly no way to escape him.
