The Danse Macabre series is a hidden object game series developed by Eipix Entertainment and published by Big Fish Games.

This series follows different protagonists as they find themselves investigating mysteries - be they paranormal or otherwise - that connect to events and people that took a wrong turn and have to follow the trail to chase the truth and put wrong to right.

    The Last Adagio 
  • Blackmail: The real reason the manager gave the heroine trouble is because Gaspar blackmailed him with his ledger, which had important documents that could royally screw him over.
  • Crazy Jealous Guy: Gaspar, who burned the theater to the ground because he thought Marie was involved with another man.
  • If I Can't Have You…: Gaspar's mindset when he destroyed the theater.
  • The Resenter: Gaspar grew jealous of Marcel as he proved himself just as talented in music, if not more than him, which triggered his murderous envy.
  • Together in Death: Marie and Gaspar are finally reunited after proving to him that she had been faithful to him all along.

    Moulin Rouge 

    Deadly Deception 
  • Outliving One's Offspring: Hearing that your daughter has been murdered in a place where she should be safe can be heartbreaking.
  • Train Escape: Marion attempts to get out of town via train. Madame White puts a stop to that.

    Thin Ice 
  • Blackmail: Ruth has been receiving demands to retire under threat of revealing her secret.
  • A Crack in the Ice: The culprits fall into the ice during their fight after the truth is uncovered. They are rescued in time to be put in handcuffs.
  • Due to the Dead: In the bonus chapter, a museum was built as a memorial tribute to Ruth.
  • Kill It with Ice: Ruth is frozen to death while in the tub.
  • Loony Fan: The detective was initially called on to deal with one stalking Ruth Fisher. Said fan, Donald Perry, ends up dead not long after meeting him.

    Lethal Letters 

    Ominous Obsession 
  • Wax Museum Morgue: Baron Meyer makes plaster statues out of ballerinas dressed and posed to imitate photos of his late sister Katherine.

    Florentine Elegy 
  • Clear My Name: The goal of the protagonist after being framed for murdering their teacher.

    Curse of the Banshee 
  • Bad Boss: In the bonus chapter, the new owner of the troupe treats the heroine and her brother badly to the point he locked her brother away just for messing up his performance.
  • Big Sister Instinct: When your brother is kidnapped by the banshee, you go out of your way to rescue him.
  • Go Mad from the Isolation: Your mother's imprisonment in her husband's basement after being brought back to him didn't have the greatest effect on her mental health.
  • Mal Mariée: Your mother pursued a secret relationship with a traveling step-dancer (your father) because she was forced to marry an older wealthy man against her will.
  • My God, What Have I Done?: Your mother has this moment when she realizes she nearly attacked her own daughter.

    A Lover's Pledge 
  • Same Plot Sequel: The premise of A Lover's Pledge sounds eerily similar to that of the first game, The Last Adagio.
