• Old Shame:
  • In a developmental match, she once tried to go for a pin on a face down opponent (apparently due to nerves, not stupidity). When she was reminded of it years later, she at least saw the funny side.
  • Briefly considered most of her career this shortly after becoming a born-again Christian. Seems to have walked this back since then, calling her Dollhouse run her favorite part of her wrestling career as of July 2018.
• Role-Ending Misdemeanor: WWE suspended and then fired her after she was arrested for assaulting her husband.
• Romance on the Set: She married fellow WWE wrestler Drew McIntyre in 2010, though they divorced the following year. Possibly because of the above, their relationship was never mentioned on the air.
• Stunt Double: She has done stunt work for various actresses in works like Now You See Me, This Is the End, and Jurassic World.
• Throw It In!: Her match at Knockouts Knockdown against Jacqueline aired later but was actually filmed before her official in ring debut for TNA. This was because fewer knockouts than expected returned for the event to decide who was the greatest ever, so TNA had to use whatever replacements it could.
• What Could Have Been:
  • Right before she got suspended, there was a planned tag team match with her and Kelly Kelly against LayCool for the Women's Championship at SummerSlam.
  • A rumor circulated on the internet that Tiffany would be involved in an angle with Rey Mysterio's daughter Aaliyah after she re-debuted on Smackdown as a babysitter. The storyline apparently would involve her kidnapping the girl, but the rumors were squashed when Tiffany was integrated into the women's division soon after.
  • It's been rumored that the angle between Kelly and Drew McIntyre in which heel Drew tried to gain face Kelly's affections was originally meant for Drew and Tiffany to introduce their romance to WWE media.
  • In 2010, Pro Wrestling Revolution wanted to do a tribute to ChickFight and she was scheduled to face its mascot, Cheerleader Melissa. Didn't happen as Terrell pulled out.
