• Acting for Two: Lani Minella voiced Eriko, Michel, Sexydoll, and Cutey Mary, while Ryan Drummond voiced Kevin and one of the workers operating Zodic.
• Blooper: In "Killer Department Store", the narrator screws up one of his lines.

• The Danza: Jorg was voiced by Jorg Tittel.
• Died During Production: A remake to this and Blue Stinger were both planned, along with Xbox sequels, but never came to fruition due to the untimely death of Climax Graphics' president, also the mastermind behind the games.
• Directed by Cast Member: Lani Minella, in addition to voicing multiple characters, was both the recording director and casting director for the English dub.
• Doing It for the Art: Creator Shinya Nishigaki had once remarked that he honestly didn't care if Illbleed wasn't a blockbuster title, and that so long as even one person enjoyed playing it, then he considered the game a success.
• Keep Circulating the Tapes: Due to the game being released towards the end of the Dreamcast’s lifecycle, and its relative obscurity, it tends to run upwards of $300 online for a complete copy.^note It's quite easy to track down a CDI of the game online, however, and those who want to play it on original hardware may be pleased to know that the Dreamcast has nothing in the way of copy protection, and it will run disk images burned onto a normal CD-R with no modding required.
• Unspecified Role Credit: The credits give a full list of voice actors, but no characters attached to them. Some are obvious enough just from listening, such as Ryan Drummond using the same voice for Kevin that he used for Sonic.
• What Could Have Been: The Remake and Xbox Sequel.
  • If one looks at screenshots on IGN (here), the pulse meter had a different layout, there are a few traps and areas that don't appear to have been in the game, Cork having a much more Woody-like face, and a concept map of the park that looks vastly different from what's in the final game.
  • Trailers show that enemies also appeared to be in the park itself, and "OHNOMAN" seemed to be a normal enemy, along with layouts and other things that, again, don't appear in the game proper. Eriko was also called Michel.
