The We Are Number One episode.

Deciding teamwork might just have merits, Robbie mail-orders three clones of himself to help him get rid of Sportacus. Meanwhile, Stephanie and Stingy play spies and investigate what Robbie is up to. When Sportacus is captured and incapacitated, it's up to the kids to help before Robbie shoots him out of town!

Tropes:

  • Blatant Lies: Stephanie and Stingy come across Robbie setting up a trap for Sportacus, however he convinces them that he's just trying to catch "the world's largest invisible bird."
  • Comically Missing the Point: This exchange between Robbie, Bobby, and Tobby.
Robbie: As I was saying; we have to get rid of that Sportafloppity-flip, and his flippity floppity.
    [Beat]
    Bobby: Sportafloppy?
Robbie: Yes, the blue jumping kangaroo.
Tobby: We're looking for a kangaroo"
    Bobby: A blue kangaroo.
Robbie: No! Not an actual kangaroo. It's a real man, in a costume!
Bobby: Ah, I see, a man in a kangaroo costume!
    Robbie: No!
Tobby: Whoa! This is really confusing!
  • Disguised in Drag: Robbie disguises himself as an old lady so he can give Sportacus a sugar apple after he helps him across the street.
  • The Ditz: Bobby doesn't recognize Robbie after he disguises himself right in front of him. That isn't to say Tobby and Flobby are super bright either.
  • Exact Words: After giving his clones a net, Robbie tells them "When I say go, be ready to throw!" Problem is, they're standing behind him. So when he does it:
Robbie: Throw it at him, not me!
  • Expy: Robbie's minions Bobby, Flobby, and Tobby are this of The Three Stooges.
  • Hoist by His Own Petard: Robbie Rotten decides to blast Sportacus out of town with a cannon, however, in a fit of rage he kicks a bucket at the cannon which pushes the timer forward and the cannon ball inside sends Robbie flying instead.
  • Minion with an F in Evil: Although it's difficult to call Bobby, Flobby, and Tobby villains to begin with, they utterly fail at everything Robbie instructs them to do. Perhaps justified, as they're birthday performers with no prior villainous experience.
  • Mythology Gag: Mayor Meanswell plays the song "Stína Símalína" from Áfram Latibær for Bessie on his saxophone.
  • Near-Villain Victory: Robbie successfully captures Sportacus in this episode, and his plan is only foiled when his henchmen fall asleep.
  • The Quiet One: Flobby is the only one of Robbie's minions who does not talk.
  • Save the Villain: Sportacus and Stephanie end up saving Robbie.
  • Scooby Stack: The three clones observe this way as Robbie tricks Sportacus with an old lady disguise.
  • Skyward Scream: The part where Robbie screams "VILLAIN NUMBER ONE!"
  • Uncanny Family Resemblance: Subverted. Bobby, Tobby, and Flobby all wear the same outfit as Robbie and they do seemingly share the same last name, but any other signs of familial connection are glossed over.
  • Villain Song: We Are Number One! Hey!
