- Direct Continuous Levels: Each of the levels leads into the next, with Xenonetix's levels being designed to serve as intermissions.
- Walking the Earth: Implied with the campaign theming and the levels, which all take place in large environments, but lack a clear reason to be there until the last level's Call to Adventure.
Gifts of Gaia
- Hidden Elf Village: There are various brown and green buildings which blend into the greenery, and the description of the level suggests the valley is somewhere hidden.
- Mother Nature: The description of the level refers to the nature as "Gaia's wonderous creations".
- Underground Level: Most of the level takes place underground, exploring the caverns underneath.
On, And On, And On / Just One More Time
- Ability Required to Proceed: The Double Jump from "On, And On, And On" needs to be used in "Just One More Time" to proceed.
- Backtracking: The player must backtrack with the Double Jump effect, allowing them to reach new areas.
- New World Tease: Only half of the area is explored in the first level, leaving the rest for its sequel "Just One More Time".
- Overworld Not to Scale: The three other levels are visible at a smaller scale, which lead into each other.
- Sequel Hook: "On, And On, And On" ends with the player getting a Double Jump effect, which leads into the next level "Need for Steed".
- Super Drowning Skills: The water is mostly used as a hazard, taking the player character backwards through the level.
- Underground Level: Most of this level is underground, with water flowing through used as a hazard.
Need for Steed
- Backtracking: Bracktracking must be done to reach a hidden sign after completing the level.
- Do Not Spoil This Ending: The Easter Egg tip comes with a sign forbidding the player from telling it to anybpdy else.
- Easter Egg: After winning the level, a hidden corner has an invisible portal leading to an area with providing the 3-jump effect and lowered jumps, making the level harder to play. Backtracking through the level, the player character can reach an area with two hidden signs. One is a random piece of life advice, while the other is a sign discouraging the player from telling anybody it.
- Green Hill Zone: The level mostly takes place on grassy, non-threatening hills.
- Non Sequitur: An Easter Egg sign has a piece of life advice with no relevance to the level it's in.
