Kyle Allen Music is the YouTube channel of Kyle Allen, a singer who makes songs about games

Kyle Allen Music's songs are examples of:

  • Adaptational Villainy: The Imposters in Among Us are little more than a species of silent killers with absolutely no personality. In Kiyle Allen's music videos however, both of them imposters are given full personalities, and in the case of Red, has a kill count that exceeds what is normal for a single match in the game.
  • Bittersweet Ending: In the song, Writings of History, ends with White successfully sending a warning message to Mira HQ and Polus, but at the cost of their life.
  • Cassandra Truth: Blue from Fancy Disguise catches onto the impostor early on, but no one seems to believe him. They also refuse to believe him when he insists that the impostor is framing him, and he is ejected.
  • Dirty Coward: The Red Impostor gleefully pursues and terrorizes its victims, but reacts in fear whenever one of them gets a leg up over it (for example, when White successfully sends the message to Mira HQ, and when the crewmates on Polus find out the truth about it)
  • Downer Beginning: Writings of History starts with all but one of the crewmates already dead, with the last one fully aware that it won't survive the impostor's slaughter
  • Downer Ending: Sky's Eyes and Fancy Disguise end with the Impostor killing everyone on the map and getting away with it. Even Descend ends with the Impostor killing the crewmate who pushed him into the lava in Finish the Mission
  • Due to the Dead: In Descend, Green takes a moment to pay respect to White from Writings of History, Black from Sky's Eyes, and Blue from Fancy Disguise, saying that "We lost quite a few. Let's remember them too"
  • Happy Ending Override: Finish the Mission ends with Green ending the impostor's killing spree by shoving it into a lava pit. Descend sees a second impostor arrive, break the first impostor out of the now hardened lava, and the corner Green and kill them.
  • Heroic Sacrifice: White from Writings Of History knows that they are a goner, and implores Mira HQ that "if and when you all receive this [message], send us no rescue team"
  • Karma Houdini: Descend ends with the impostors getting away with their killing spree and finishing off Green, the POV character from the previous song.
  • Oh, Crap!: Green has this reaction when he discovers that the impostor has broken free from the now hardened lava
  • Rotating Protagonist: All five songs are from the POV of a different character
    • Writings of History is from the point of view of a White crewmate who is the Sole Survivor on the Skeld upon their introduction. They are trying to send a warning to Mira HQ before the impostor can off them.
    • Sky's Eyes is from the point of view of a Black crewmate, a Father to His Men leader figure who has to deal with the impostor picking off his crew one at a time.
    • Fancy Disguise is from the point of view of a Blue crewmate, who is initially skeptical about the existence of impostors, but changes his stance when the Red impostor pops from a vent and chases him to the meeting room.
    • Finish the Mission is from the point of view of a Green Crewmate, another leader figure.
    • Descend is from the point of view of the impostor itself, as it seeks revenge against the Green crewmate for getting them ejected.
  • Villainous Breakdown: Red arguably has two.
    • In Writings of History he has one where upon seeing White broadcasting the message about the imposters to the other crewmates, he lashes out at them, shattering their visor before killing them.
    • In Finish the Mission upon being exposed as the imposter, he lets out a scream and hastily kills a Blue Crewmate before desperately attempting to flee.
