  • Awesome Moments:
    • In Writings of History, White - against all odds - evades the impostor and succeeds in sending the warning to his fellow crewmates.
    • In Finish the Mission, Green tricks the impostor into exposing itself, corners it by the lava pit, dodges its needle tongue, then punches it in the visor, sending it plummeting to its fiery end.
  • Catharsis Factor: After massacring 3 maps worth of crewmates, the impostor finally faces karma in Finish The Mission as it runs in terror upon being exposed and is shoved into lava by Green.
  • Complete Monster:
    • Among Us songsThe Red Impostor is a vicious Spree Killer who aims to accumulate as high a body count as possible. Introduced having massacred almost everyone on the Skeld, Red kills White—the last crewmate left—just as they send a message to Mira HQ to warn them of the imminent threat. Red then infiltrates Mira HQ to resume its slaughter, culminating in it killing Black by tossing them into the reactor core, causing the entire place to explode, likely killing the two children who were left alive in the process. Landing on the Airship thanks to the explosion, Red then frames an Indigo crewmate when they catch onto their ruse, and when said crewmate is ejected, Red quickly finishes off the remaining four crewmates before stowing away on a shuttle to Polus. Its killing spree is cut short when Green exposes it and presumably kills it by pushing it into lava, but the Blue Impostor comes in and frees it so that it can continue where it left off. The now vengeful imposter proceeds to team up with its savior, killing off the rest of Polus before cornering Green, and punching them into the lava as one final act of vengeance.
    • Five Nights at Freddy's songs "Follow You" & "You're the Key": William Afton returns from his previous demise and proves to be as dastardly as ever. Now a virus that is yearning for release, Afton manipulates and brainwashes Vanessa into becoming his reluctant follower, sending her to Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzaplex with the goal of rebuilding and returning him to his former glory, all while Vanessa herself is left to helplessly watch as her body is forced into slaughtering various children against her will.

  • Fanon Discontinuity: While Descend is considered just as good a song as the rest, many commenters didn't like how it rendered White's sacrifice in Writings of History moot, and undid the happy ending of Finish the Mission. As a result, they choose to think that the series ended with the latter song
  • Visual Effects of Awesome: The animation on the music video is very fluid, allowing for seamless movement and emoting from the characters
  • Magnificent Bastard: Among Us song "Seal your Fate": The Viewpoint Imposter is one of two Imposters infiltrating the ship with the mission to kill everyone on board, something he does with great bravado. Using the environment to his advantage, he sabotages the electronics to lure the Crewmates over to fix it, swiftly killing them while doing so, also killing the power and traveling in the vents. Feigning innocence alongside his fellow imposter, he exploits the crew's trigger-happy blaming to get the wrong guy ejected. Eventually, he successfully cuts the oxygen while everyone's debating, winning the game. Able to effortlessly trick an entire group of people, The Imposter represents the best players Among Us has to offer.
