- The show's intros are hilarious.
- One has the Irate Gamer figure running through "iconic" video games like Barbie (1991) and Sesame Street 123 as the latter's theme is playing in the background and a sound clip of him yelling "Think?" is heard.
- Another takes it up a notch by parodying various Irate Gamer videos, such as the Chris and Scottie Roadtrip video only with him and a "friend" (read: greenscreen of himself) in a snow-covered background labeled "Feenix, Arizona" and him being beaten up by Bowser from Super Mario Bros. through a terrible fireball effect.
- Another intro, for whatever reason, has Phil Collins' version of "You Can't Hurry Love" as the intro song and features sped-up footage of his sprite "running" through various video game screens.
- The Bugs Bunny Birthday Blowout video is quite possibly his best episode with a slew of jokes:
- The title card features a drawing of his sitting in a chair with his back to the camera in his room as the decorations include a poster of The Irate Gamer's sidekick Tony, a Dartboard of Hate of The Nerd and Bugs Bunny lying on the floor covered in shit.
- When he discusses his concern about getting pissed off:Irritated Gamer voice-over: And trust me, nobody wants to see that: the acting gets really bad.
AVGN voice-over: And I mean bad. - Calling Bugs "Bugs Bernie".
- "This game is flipping my shit up big-time, Porky Pig time!"
- "I died in three seconds? Well, GoOoOoOoOoOo-lly!"
- "Open up! This is the FBI! We know you're in there!...Give us back the—(dubbed in) jokes—you stole and we'll leave you alone!
- To escape, he throws a Bob-omb at the door then "flies" out the window as the theme to Superman: The Movie is heard in the background.
- The Double Dragon 1 review:
- The beginning of the review, he freaks out about a (stock photo of a) shark "attacking" him by coming into his backyard in spite of him being nowhere near the beach or even near a body of water:(with no emotion in his voice) Whoa... ("falls" onto his bed) ...umph! Alright, let's bust this game wide open.
- Even better, this sequence doesn't connect to anything else in the review.
- "Ooh, I know what you're thinking: 'it's about time someone talked about Double Dragon'."
- His enjoyment at seeing Marian getting punched and abducted by the gang then whining about how the women he asked out in high school rejected him."Take that, you bitches!"
- Calling the lead character "Bimmy Lee".
- His obsessing over food, even confusing a mountain for a giant Hershey's kiss and some stalactites as ice cream cones.
- His sheer incompetence at playing the game, even at one point running from a boss by escaping down the ladder, which glitches the game and leads him to think he won the battle. He later encounters two minibosses bursting through the wall, leading to some very loud Comical Overreacting.
- The beginning of the review, he freaks out about a (stock photo of a) shark "attacking" him by coming into his backyard in spite of him being nowhere near the beach or even near a body of water:
