• In the mission Hagalaz, Gentarou decided to blind the enemies with his Flash Switch. While it worked nicely, too bad it also blinded FangJoker, setting off PVP flags and requiring Gentarou to run for his life.
• In the mission Red in Track and Jaw, Cynthia kept mentioning how they wished they had a unit that could burrow underground or worked well underwater... while Ryouma was standing there. In Black Getter Robo. He gets her back by wishing they had something that could stretch to capture one of the massive golems that showed up.
• In Lengthening Shadows, Roads is able to get Nicolai to recreate the "What is a man?" speech, word for word... until Nicolai tosses a COUCH instead of a glass of wine.
• In Heroes Among Us, Luger is about to distract the Attackbot that can copy weapons... to copy a pack of cigarettes.
• In We Are Ourselves, Patrick is able to catch Fon Spaak off-guard with the Super Gundam and impales his Gundam with the Super Gundam's Long Beam Rifle... but forgets to fire and finish the job. He curses forgetting step four.
• The mission The Invader's Shadow was plenty serious at points, dealing with Black Lodge attempting to summon the Cosmic Horror Dagon... only to accidentally fudge the ritual to summon Neptune instead. On top of that, even admist battling Dagon and his mate Hydra, the pilots argued about what a good name for their "combined" form would be.
