Order 66 is a Star Wars fanfiction of SW Moddy which can be found on Archive of Our Own.

Timely intervention and miscalculation lead to Order 66 failing and now its left for the survivors to pick up the pieces.

Order 66 contains examples of:

  • A Father to His Men: Plo Koon. The title of his chapter and the fact that he calls Wolffe "child" are the most obvious giveaways.
  • An Arm and a Leg: Obi-Wan, Waxer, and Clone Commander Ks:
    • Obi-Wan is the more obvious example, as he loses one leg after Cody has him gunned down and the other to Darth Sidious.

    • Waxer is later seen with a cybernetic hand, discussing wether or not one gets used to taking a prothetic limb off and putting it on again.
    • Since he managed to kill his general, Commander Ks is one of the last clones to go back to the Jedi Temple, but by doing so, he let an arm injury go untreated, thus requiring amputation.
  • Anywhere but Their Lips: Grey receives a kiss on the temple from Depa, after she finds him in hers and Calebs quarters, being glomped by her sick student.
  • Armies Are Evil: Lampshaded by the general public and also many members of the galactic Senate, after word gets out that the Clones attacked their Jedi. It is of course unjustified.
  • Badass in Distress: Obi-Wan on three occasions, one where Cody orders the gunner to fire on him.
  • The Cavalry: Cody and the rest of the 212th save Obi-Wan in the nick of time on Rymark.
  • Cry into Chest: Cody and Wolffe:
    • Cody after Depa gives him (and of course all of his brothers) the message that the Jedi want their men back and that they miss them. After being the one who ordered that fire be opened on Obi-Wan, he is unwilling to believe how they ever could and the plea of knights and masters for their troopers to come see them, proves to be his undoing.
    • Wolffe after he manages to pluck up the courage to finally come and see Plo, to be welcomed with open arms, while still seeing his ship about to crash in his inner mind.
  • Declaration of Protection: A passive example. The Jedi shelter the Clones from the influences of the Senate and declare this openly.
Bant: We are not gonna stop sheltering you and yours, especially from the Senate that has abused us all.
  • Ejection Seat: The only reason Plo even survived.
  • Family of Choice: This trope is pretty much invoked onto the clones by the Jedi, throughout the entire story (especially by Plo).

  • The Glomp: Caleb glomps Grey after he comes back, despite being sick with Grunge rot.
  • Group Hug: Grey, Depa and Caleb.
