"It was all about short skirts and suspenders! That was part of the fun. But I wish I could have done more."

Vivienne Johnson (1946) is a retired English actress, best known for playing the Grace Brothers' nurse on Are You Being Served?.

Known for her blonde hair and husky voice, Johnson played mostly glamour roles in The '70s. The Carry On... Series was where she made her debut in acting, with three roles in the TV series Carry on Laughing!, followed by a small role in Carry On England. Her role in the latter was cut down so short that all of Johnson's lines were lost, but she is still visible in the background of scenes.

After appearances in Whodunnit? (UK), Odd Man Out (which starred her future co-star, John Inman), and The Sweeney, she was cast in Are You Being Served? as the nurse of the frail Young Mr. Grace. Despite appearing across three series of the show (and even outlasting Harold Bennett, who played Young Mr. Grace), Johnson was mostly used for fanservice rather than acting, and her character was never given a name.

She has been retired from acting since The '70s.
