The main protagonist of Yu-Gi-Oh! Revolution G. Shrouded in mystery, Raven is an underground duelist that steals rare cards for his personal reasons. Little is known about his motives or his past but if one thing is clear, he is after a set of cards known as the "Malicious" series.

• Anti-Hero: Despite being declared as the "Hero" of the story, he has done nothing to suggest he's any different from an antagonist.
• Badass Cape: Dons a black cloak that covers most of his face, save for the eyes.
• Big Damn Heroes: Pulls off an epic one in Chapter 2 when Vivian almost falls to her death.
• Deadpan Snarker: He has his moments.
• The Dreaded: In-universe, he's the most wanted criminal in Atmos City and has a ridiculously large bounty on his head. His abnormal red eyes don't help his status as a dangerous man at all.
• No Name Given: He's known by his criminal name "Raven" and is implied to have gotten that name from the color of his eyes. His real name has yet to be revealed.
• Red Eyes, Take Warning: Like his name suggests, he has the same eye color as a Raven which doesn't fail to creep people out.

Gemini Enterprise

The CEO of Gemini Enterprise and also mayor of Atmos City, basically making him the boss of the entire metropolis. Years after his father passed away, Marcus inherited the position from his father and has his mind dead set on keeping the peace.

• Benevolent Boss: Dismisses Vivian's failure to capture Raven as nothing to worry about, despite the number of complaints he's gotten. Xavier even lampshades this.
  Xavier: You're too nice sometimes.
• Big Good: Being not only the mayor but also the head of Gemini, Marcus embodies this trope.

• Jerkass: Somewhat downplayed in that while he was tough on Vivian for failing her mission, the amount of complaints they've gotten about Raven would warrant his behavior.

Captain of the Central Police Force. She has a deep dislike for criminals, specifically Raven who she's never been able to capture successfully.

A member of the Atmos City Central Police Force and Vivian's brother. In contrast to his sister, Liang is laid back and doesn't treat his job as seriously as his sister but he can be quite dangerous when he has a clear objective in mind.

• In the Back: He Shot Shaggy in the back in Chapter 2.
• Manipulative Bastard: Seems to be one as the entire scenario involving Shaggy and Raven got him the result. Two members of the Underground Circuit are captured, one of them is near dead and the other (who he was ordered to capture) is in the hands of his worst enemy.

• Tall, Dark, and Handsome: If his profile picture was any indication.

• The Big Guy: Biggest guy in the series so far and towers over his associates. He's also shredded and his big muscles are described every time.
• Didn't See That Coming: Judging from his flabbergasted reaction when Liang shot him, he was not expecting that at all.
• Et Tu, Brute?: Betrays Raven in the second Chapter in order to obtain the rare card in the box.
• The Glomp: He sure likes to put his hands on Raven alot.
• You Have Outlived Your Usefulness: Though the details are scarce, in Chapter 2 Shaggy betrays Raven by knocking him out and had planned to steal the box but Liang shot him before he could do so. Liang apparently only used Shaggy to get to Raven.
