    Admiral Anne Cash
    Giltenlochs Von Dreisbar
  • The Illiterate: Being an oat farmer doesn't require much in the way of reading, after all.
    Hanweir
  • Cloudcuckoolander: Very, very weird. She sees no problem in asking for bits of your soul, and angrily sulks when not allowed to take blood for forensic testing.
  • Necromancer: Hanweir can raise the dead due to being a master "healer".
  • Plague Doctor
  • Sanity Slippage: She's the only person to so far have their skeleton animated and removed several times. As this process takes a portion of the host's soul, she's gone a little screwy. Given that she was a bit odd already, the implications are... not good.
    Krill
  • Anti-Villain: He may be a blood-sucking, unholy affront to nature who remorselessly kills for money, but he's pretty nice if he's not trying to murder or eat you.
  • Real Men Wear Pink: A cold blooded assassin... who runs a restaurant.

    Styxx Kattalakis
  • Butt-Monkey: Hating Styxx is basically a Linnagond citizenship card. Watching the admiral slap him around gets more laughs than any sort of sympathy.
  • Immortal Immaturity:10,000 years old, and is about as unruly and tempermental as your garden variety teenager.
    Quintus
  • Invincible Villain: Nothing thrown at him so far has bee able to put a scratch on him, being able to paralyze huge groups of people with a finger snap and stop thrown objects in mid air.
  • Mind over Matter: He can stop moving objects in mid air, and closes doors with a flick of his wrist- while on the other side of the room. This is just one factor in why he's borderline impossible to hit.
  • Playing with Fire: Has some command over flame, an ability he's not afraid to threaten people with.
  • Wicked Cultured: He speaks calmly and eloquently at all times, and is polite to anyone who has not drawn his ire.
    Francis Stonelore
  • Abstract Eater: He gains all his sustenance from "earth elemental energy", which he absorbs passively when in contact with stone or earth. How this allows him to forgo sleep or a mortal lifespan, however, is a mystery.
  • Achilles' Heel: If he is separated from the ground, he loses his warrior abilities, rapidly ages, and needs both food and sleep. How far off the ground and for how long before he weakens is unclear, but it doesn't take long.
  • Alcohol-Induced Idiocy: What else would you call tearing out the door of the Admiral's bar and throwing it at Krill?
  • Really 700 Years Old: Despite his exact age being impossible to know, what with him unable to convert "geology years" into "Human years", he's really freakin' old either way .
  • Time Abyss: His self-proclaimed age is a solid 8000 years, which would put him squarely in time abyss territory already. However, being some sort of earth elemental thing, he perceives time geologically, and is probably a lot older. When he spaces out (for millenia at a time), he can watch mountains rise and islands drift in "real time". One time he raced a glacier. And lost.
  • Weaksauce Weakness:Depending on context, his Achilles' Heel can easily become one. He is completely useless on boats due to all that pesky water in between him and the ground.
