The co-head of Halcyon Aegis, a secretive military intelligence firm. She has an estranged husband, Howard, who is an old friend of Reddington.

- Bullying a Dragon: Seriously underestimated how much kidnapping Elizabeth Keen would piss Red off.
- Friendly Enemy: Red treats her as one due to an implied shared history.
- Luke, You Are My Father: According to Reddington, Tom Keen is her son, though he only tells him and not her.
- Missing Child: Her young son Christopher went missing one day from their home. She hasn't seen him since.
- Punch-Clock Villain: Sees herself as one at least. From her perspective, she is only doing what she is hired to do, and that can be anything from kidnapping and murder, to rescuing hostages and taking down terrorists, depending on the contract.
- The Strategist: She masterminds highly sophisticated military and intelligence operations. Reddington says she has one of the keenest strategic minds he has ever known.
