Deborah Meaden

A businesswoman and TV personality best known for being a regular on Dragons' Den

  • Butt-Monkey: Greg outright states that he's exacting revenge on her over an incident 15 years prior. He'd pitched an idea to Deborah for a glass with a straw at the bottom to allow people to drink whilst lying down, which she shot down rather bluntly and he still holds a grudge over that.
  • Upper-Class Twit: When she confesses that she doesn't know how to work a toaster, Alex tricks her into thinking the one she's provided is voice activated. This earns her much ribbing in the studio.

Kojey Radical

A grime musician.

  • Achievements in Ignorance: He discovers a hidden tray full of sauces that will help him eat poppadoms simply because his knee happened to brush against it.
  • Genre Savvy:
    • He says he watches the show and that his viewings have taught him that Alex will put just about anything in his mouth — which he takes advantage of during the poppadom task.
    • When asked how fast he can eat an orange, he immediately realises something's afoot.
Alex: How long does it take you to eat an orange?
Kojey: Might want to give myself a bit of extra time. Considering where I am. What kind of show this is.
Alex: This isn't part of — this is just...
Kojey: I don't believe you, Alex!

Lenny Rush

A BAFTA-winning actor best known for starring in Am I Being Unreasonable? alongside Series 10's Daisy May Cooper. He is the youngest-ever contestant to appear on Taskmaster.

  • Deadpan Snarker: He's quick with a quip and shows he can stand toe-to-toe with established comedians like Greg and Alex.
Greg: Alright, Lenny! Can you beat seven dancing robots?
    Alex and Kojey: Six!
Lenny: Well if it's six, I can.
  • Troubling Un Childlike Behavior: At 14 at time of filming, he's the youngest contestant in the franchise by far. So, when tasked with bringing in something fun to bring for a roomful of people he doesn't know, he submits a packet of cigarettes and a case of beer. He then subverts it with the reveal that he actually brought candy cigarettes and the glass beer bottles conceal bottles of squash.

Steve Backshall

A naturalist who's appeared in many TV documentaries.

  • Oh, Crap!: After boasting that he could eat an orange in 45 seconds, he experiences serious regret when he realises that he just handicapped himself in a timed task.

Zoe Ball

A broadcaster and presenter.

  • Genre Savvy: She knows to check for hidden clues and tools, which leads her to discovering a tray full of sauces to help her eat a pile of poppadoms.
  • Nice Girl: After hearing her half-hearted attempts at insulting Alex, Greg says that she's too nice and provides her with a proper insult to say on camera.
    Zoe: You wankflap!
  • Refuge in Audacity: When she reveals that she brought a one-man-band kit for the prize task and says that she'd always wanted one, Greg accuses her of abusing the show's prize budget to get it for free.
  • Whole Costume Reference: For the prerecorded tasks, Zoe dons Annie Hall's outfit.
