The Point of Divergence that kicks off the story. Dimitri overhears a Knight loosing his temper and goes to see what's happening. He comes across a virulent racist screaming abuse at Cyril and insulting Claude when the latter intervenes for him. Dimitri promptly steps in and chews him out; when the knight doesn't take a hint and calls Claude the son of a whore, Dimitri loses his temper anddecksthe guy hard enough to throw him into a wall and knock him out. Claude gains a whole new respect and understanding of him in that moment.
During the battle with Black Beast Miklan, Claude straight up gets up on the monster's back in order to fire arrows directly into its neck. Byleth gets one of her own for pulling a Diving Save mixed with Taking the Bullet to push Claude out of the way of the beast's tail when its in its death throes.
Byleth pushing Divine Pulse to its limit to get every single one of her friends safely through the insane gauntlet of traps protecting the Chalice of Beginnings, even if doing so means losing her own life. Followed by Yuri achieving one of his own by successfully activating said Chalice, which the Apostles themselves failed at, in order to save her.
When Edelgard is revealed to be the Flame Emperor and Dimitri has a violent breakdown in response, Bernadetta rushes straight to him despite Felix trying to pull her back and gives him a Cooldown Hug, drawing from her own experiences to comfort him. It works. Doubles as a Heartwarming Moment.
The entirety of the Battle for Garreg Mach. Claude's tactics deserve a special mention, as even Seteth defers to him.

Dimitri's flashback to a younger Edelgard's antics during her stay in Faerghus. She's portrayed fearlessly climbing on buildings to see the sky and saving a kitten when the knights wanted to kill it. It's a refreshing look at Edelgard's courageous, forceful, and compassionate nature that she demonstrated even at a young age.
