** The fraternity ghosts in "Omega Pizza Pi" mention how one of the tasks they had to do to get into Omega Alpha Pi was to eat a ton of pizza even though they were both lactose intolerant. Since it's heavily implied this is what killed them in the end, it's all but said that they committed suicide.
