It's unknown whether Luna genuinely has a hand in them or if they're strictly the product of a guilty psyche but Novel Notion ''believes'' Luna is messing with him. That he keeps having them when he's outside of Equestria and presumably out of Luna's magical grasp DOES raise questions though.]]
