However, this also makes him appear to other players as a much bigger threat, since he would easily be able to attract jury votes.

* GrumpyBear: She generally has a very crabby and snippy attitude with her tribe.

* AwesomeMcCoolName: Her nickname as an MMA fighter is "Kill-Her Bi."

* HundredPercentHeroismRating: Everyone on the cast and outside the cast liked Christian to the point that people voiced conflicted feelings about the idea of voting him off simply because they liked having him around. This ultimately worked against him, however, as his charm and lovable personality ended up making him the most obvious jury threat.

* ExtravertedNerd: Christian is very sociable, despite the fact that he talks in TechnoBabble at rapid speeds. Oddly enough, he's pretty much universally liked due to his endearing and kind-hearted nature. However, the other contestants are starting to see him as a threat due to this.
* FatalFlaw: His selflessness drives him to put other people's needs before his own, at the cost of his own game. This causes him to make a move that destroys the Davids and later his own game.

While they were willing to do anything to survive in the game including betray allies, and [[KarmicElimination paid]] for it in their first and second (for Spencer in that he got zero votes despite making it to the end of his second season) seasons, Christian is just a NiceGuy, who is extremely kind to everyone, and not just for game purposes as shown in his interactions with Gabby.

* NiceGuy: Christian is a very empathetic and easy-going fella, and his tribe loves him all the more for it.

* TheSmartGuy: He uses a lot of theories and ideas to succeed in the game, which works out to a degree.

* TragicMistake: His decision to help Gabby blindside Carl. This mistake ripped apart the Davids, turned his two closest allies, Nick and a paranoid Gabby, against him, and caused him to get voted out.
* HundredPercentHeroismRating: Everyone on the cast and outside the cast liked Christian for his selfless way to act even if that did, in the end, made him a threat no one disliked Christian at least personally.

* {{Foil}}: To Austin Mattelson on Big Brother 17. Both are Heel wrestlers, both have tried to be in a relationship with a girl despite either having a girlfriend or said girl being married, both are smarter than they look, both end up befriending the token geek of the season and both are blindsided by said geek. However, while Austin's friendship was more gameplay, John legitimately likes Christian and even allows him to be the comptroller of SlamTown.

* TheNicknamer: Not for people, but for ''alliances''. For instance, his alliance with Christian is called "Mason-Dixon," since the line sits on top of both Kentucky and Maryland.

* TheUnperson: Did not appear in the reunion as he broke his non-disclosure agreement by posting a picture with Kara months before the show aired.

* TheUnperson: Like with Alec, Jeremy did not appear in the reunion and was not mentioned by the cast. Like [[Characters/SurvivorCambodia Vytas Baskauskas]] beforehand, this is because of how he left Ponderosa before the season wrapped up.

* {{Adorkable}}: Clear evidence of this is his exchange with Gabby in episode two. She asks him if he wants to play (as in, work together in the game); Christian immediately responds, "in the sand?"

* SacrificialLamb: At the merge, the Davids agree to vote her out in order to further their own game.

* BiTheWay: One of the rare bisexual men to be cast onto Survivor.

* Coming-of-Age Story: She was 19. Her coming-of-age story was cut short, but she still got a minor one.
