Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread

I just put the Tastes Like Diabetes trope from Wreck It Ralph on my clipboard so I could move it the YMMV page for that work. When I went to that page, it had the actual lock icon instead of just an edit lock out. What's going on with that?
Just so it doesn't get lost while that's worked out, here's the cut trope line:
- Tastes Like Diabetes: The game world Sugar Rush literally lives up to this trope.

Excuse me, but there is an animation style trope I would like to find. I remember the article stating that the style was often mistaken for Animesque. The shows that have this style are Young Justice and Batman The Animated Series. That is all I can remember.
I would be very greatful if anyone would give me the name.

Artful Codger has brought up that old issue from the Disney Princess page where unfortunate implications were claimed that boys couldn't dress up as princes, and that the Disney company was embarrassed by it and made statements to the fact, which, to my knowledge and searching, isn't true. It's popped up under multiple tropes and incarnations, and the person adding it really wants it on the page somehow.

King Solstice constantly tries to add anti-Rainbow Dash stuff to the Friendship is Magic Mane Cast character page, as well as trying to do the same thing to the show's YMMV page in the past.

On the My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic Non Canon page, the last three entries are for clopfics (sexually explicit MLP:FIM fanfics). Since the new guidelines say no porn on the wiki, does this cover examples from works that don't have a trope page too? Here are the entries in question.
- That Night Atop The Tower takes Cadence's status as The Woobie and takes it Up To Eleven. How? Celestia reveals to Cadence that, as an Alicorn, she's immortal and will outlive Shining Armor, also revealing Celestia herself suffered the exact same thing. Once Cadence recovers from that bombshell, resolving to remain with Shining Armor, she returns to their bedroom...and is promptly pulled through a mirror by Queen Chrysalis who proceeds to force her to watch as she makes love to Shining Armor right in front of her.
- Hormones. Spike goes through puberty, and not being able to deal with his urges, eventually ends up raping Winona. Caught in the act by Applejack, he runs home ridden with guilt, knowing that his reputation in town and all his friendships are ruined forever, and hangs himself in the basement. The ending where Twilight finds him is heartbreaking enough, but then few weeks later the author wrote an epilogue about Twi having to deal with the loss, which gets even more depressing.
- The otherwise hilarious fanfic Estrus has a moment where Fluttershy reveals that her parents were relgious fundamentalists comparable to Margaret White, - prompting a hug from Pinkie Pie - as well as a brief moment where Pinkie wonders if she might be adopted and looks crestfallen - though it only lasts for a split-second, not long enough for Fluttershy to return the hug.

User Theoman Zero blanked the Crowning Moments of Heartwarming and Funny from this page: (https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Recap/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagicS2E17HeartsAndHoovesDay). I've already restored them, but am awaiting second opinion on what to do.

I created this laconic entry: https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Laconic/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagicS2E11FamilyAppreciationDay But it won't get indexed right! The indexing bar ought to provide you with a link to more MLP: Fi M episodes, not to 3rd Birthday, The. What's wrong?

Not sure if this is the right place for my question, but i couldn't find a good spot for it in the forum.
I've been trying to create a page for What's with Andy?, but basically I'm stuck way at the beginning. Kind of discouraging :( Anyways, the problem is that i can't seem to have the show's name show up in the right way on the page, like with the question mark and the floating comma. Can anyone help me?
By the way, if my username right now is Rotavato R instead of Rotavato R i could use some help with that as well.

On the G-Rated Drug page there're two separate entries for Futurama, both detailing examples from different episodes. I'm kinda not sure about major edits (most of the editing I do is adding examples or fixing spelling mistakes), so is it cool if I turn the second entry into a sub-entry for the first? I mean someone else could do it now that I've mentioned it, but I'm curious if it's encouraged that we do so on our own if we see things like that. Also, I just edited someone's pothole on the same page (entry for Clone High) because they linked it to 'Subverted Aesop', a non-existent trope. So I changed it to 'Spoof Aesop'. That kind of thing is cool, right? I just don't want to step on anyone's toes is all.

Earlier today, I sent a PM to Morven apologizing for my part in an argument in the My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic forum. This is most of the text of my PM:
Back in March, a Troper named Rich Reeders said that his mother had gone to Las Vegas and gotten pneumonia. He laughed about it. I explained to Rich that my mom, in the last years of her life, had been in the hospital several times with severe pneumonia. Rich responded by laughing at me. I left the thread for a few hours to calm down. I knew that I'd say something I'd regret, otherwise.
While I was gone, Applelight Limited came to my defense. Unfortunately, he got too heated and got suspended for his actions. Applelight Limited and I do our best to ignore Rich Reeders now. We don't talk to him, and he doesn't talk to us.
This afternoon, I made the mistake of telling a poster named Super Gex that I consider Rich Reeders a troll. Without knowing the background of the situation, Super Gex P Med Rich to let him know that I called him a troll. I feel that he was wrong for doing this. After I explained the situation to Super Gex, he apologized for his part in the drama.
I apologize for my part in the drama, as well.
End of PM.
I had truly hoped that the controversy had died down and things had returned to normal. However, I've since received this charming PM from Rich Reeders:
End of PM.
I'm reluctantly bringing this matter to Ask The Tropers. Rich Reeders doesn't seem to understand what he did that night. In a nutshell, he made me feel like I did the day my mother died: absolute rock bottom.
Again, I sincerely apologize for my part in this controversy. I'll go away quietly if that is the wish of Ask The Tropers.

IchigoMontoya removed at least 34 lines from seven of the YMMV pages for The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes without any explanation at all, and also abused the term "Ensemble Darkhorse" at least once. After I restore the content that seems the least deserving of deletion, what happens next?

qtjinla15 is vandalizing the Legend of Korra fanfiction page. Specifically, they removed the links for the fanfiction Abuse Cycle. I've restored it, but I thought someone should know about it.

I don't want to cause an edit war so I'm bringing it here.
On the YMMV page of Legend Of Korra, I tried restoring the Moral Event Horizon example, (Because it was in the YMMV tab and I think it's against the rules to remove them if they are in the right place) but the entry keeps getting deleted. Should I just leave it alone?

We seem to have issues over the YMMV page for Sleeping Beauty. The general consensus in the Special Efforts thread for Complete Monster is that Maleficent does not apply, but helterskelter left a long-winded edit reason to restore it. Requesting a lock on the page so that the matter can be settled without erupting into a full Edit War.

Edit-warring in Young Justice. Again. GoldStarz repeatedly re-added or re-wrote a WTH Casting Agency example and is doing it again.

Someone known as whitewings is screwing up the Phineas and Ferb character sheet by removing certain characters. I'm not sure if it's deliberate vandalism or if this is accidental, but I've checked the history of it and a good chunk of characters are missing, and it got to where the mods restored it to an earlier version.

So Western Animation is just non-anime animated TV shows like The Simpsons and My Little Pony, right? I'm asking because Alpha And Omega (a CG film) got moved to the Western Animation namespace, but it is a film and not a TV show. If that's the case, I'll move it back to Film.
Quick query regarding Left Hanging: If the character left hanging is addressed in a sequel, does it still count as LH?
Specifically, I'm asking about Zuko's mom (Ursa) from Avatar: The Last Airbender. Neither ATLA nor the sequel The Legend of Korra answer the question of her fate, but the upcoming comic The Search is supposed to address her status.
Or should it be left on the trope page until The Search actually comes out (March 2013)?
