1) Rugrats (I have to be honest: I prefer Rugrats to Sponge Bob in every way. Now, don't get me wrong, I enjoy the first run Sponge Bob episodes but Rugrats was a huge part of my life. I grew up with it and knew it since I was little, I have consistently enjoyed the show and it's almost like a family member. I might be exaggerating but even in it's later years, the show was still pretty decent to me)

1. Hey Arnold!: I just loved it because all of the characters were great and the show went out of its way to focus on several of them
2. Rocko's Modern Life: This show is so true on so many levels and it's just as good if not better now than it was when I was a kid
3. Pelswick^note There is some debate over whether it actually counts as a Nicktoon, but since it appeared in promos for Nicktoons like this one, I'm counting it.: Most underrated toon ever, IMO. Very smart humor and defiance of the expectation that all paraplegics in cartoons must be designed as tokens
4. Danny Phantom: Similar in appeal to Buffy the Vampire Slayer and I have a soft spot for the lesser-known successor to PJ's voice.
5. KaBlam!: Loved all the shorts and the bumpers. Only complaint is I wish "The Offbeats" and "Sniz and Fondue" were in more episodes.
6. My Life as a Teenage Robot: A cast where most people are either an Action Girl or a Non-Action Guy. What more could I want?
7. Spongebob Squarepants: Hilarious, and Squidward is a very relatable character.
8. The Fairly Oddparents^note Both this and SpongeBob refer mainly to the episodes that came out prior to 2006, when I stopped watching new Nicktoons often: Pretty funny, great cast.
9. Invader Zim: It's one of those shows where I liked a different character the most at different points in my life.
10. As Told by Ginger: What I needed when I needed it. Maybe it came a year or so too early, but I still think it worked rather well.

Other Nicktoons I quite enjoyed that didn't make it into my top ten include: ChalkZone, Rugrats, Doug, CatDog, Catscratch, The Angry Beavers, Oh Yeah! Cartoons, and The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron, Boy Genius.
