Grabed Kot OR II. I'm hoping either season one or two of Sam and Max will go on sale.

Oh god, this is my first Steam sale I'm experiencing, and I have no idea how they work, and everything looks so tempting and aaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
You got some dirt on you. Here's some more!Everybody buy The Walking Dead, don't even question it, just BUY NOW. No regrets.
I write pretty good fanfiction, sometimes. Here's a hint: Only pick up daily/flash deals or other time-restricted deals, unless it's the last day. When it's the last day, grab as many things as you can that you actually want.
Otherwise, they might knock the price down on something you bought later in the sale, making you feel stupid.

I'm thinking of buying Chivalry Medieval Warfare ((33% off). What's that game like?

I thought we were going to be using the general Videogame Deals thread so that people would get the Watchlist notification...
Oh well. I'll just go mention this thread over there.
Yu hav nat sein bod speeling unntil know. (cacke four undersandig tis)the cake is a lie!Thank you! Added this thread for the watchlist.
I think I will pass this sale unless there is something that really interests me, specially if I end up getting a 3DS or a Vita.
I bought Darksiders 2 on the first day.
I actually wasn't sure if it was a proper sale on rather than a daily deal.
Will probably pick up Walking Dead later.
To get KOTOR II, or not to get KOTOR II?
Haven't even beaten the first game yet, so that's why I'm asking as it would conclude shortly.
The Steam version of I works well on my end.

I now go by Graf von Tirol.Do the Steam versions of KOTOR 1 and 2 even run on Windows 7? The retail version of 1 apparently doesn't.
Eee, Intrusion 2. I've been wanting to try that...
Anyone who assigns themselves loads of character tropes is someone to be worried about.New sales for the flash sales, all of which expiring on 8 AM PST:
- Dear Esther (-75%)
- Dungeon Defenders (-75%)
- Two Worlds II (-75%)
Man, nothing I want right now...let's see a bit later on...
C'mon Endless Space, Hotline Miami, Half Minute Hero, and Torchlight II! And Divinity Anthology!

Give me cute or give me...something?I have the Steam version of KOTOR 1. It works fine, it hasn't crashed yet.
UN JOUR JE SERAI DE RETOUR PRÈS DE TOISweet, I may pick that up again. I have the retail copy, but it doesn't work.
If you're going to get KOTOR II, you should get the restoration patch. It restores a bunch of cut content that was already in the game, and there's a lot of cut content for it.
UN JOUR JE SERAI DE RETOUR PRÈS DE TOIGot Monkey Island 1 and 2 enhanced edition for 7.50
Does somebody know if Star Wars: Battlefront 2 Steam version works on Windows 7 and multicore processors? No matter what I did, I could not get the retail version of that one to work.
If I'm sure of something it's that I'm not sure of anything.Oh, a bunch of indie games are also on sale!
~Indie games sort by price~
Ones I don't recognize/think worth commenting on:
- Magnetis: Well, that was a different take on Tetris-style gameplay... also the vid is trying too hard to make it "action-pact"
- Home: looks interesting... *adds to cart to buy at the end of the sale*
- Garshasp Temple Of The Dragon: $1.24 for what looks like a decent God Of War-style game? And looks much better than the first one? Hmm... have to consider that one.
- English Country Tune: Super creative 3D puzzle game? Yes please.
- All Zombies Must Die: Bundle for $3:74... anyone want to convince me? It does look like a game I would be more likely to play on my i-device...
- Madballs In Babo Invasion: I don't know what to say other than that those are some mad as in crazy balls... that's what she said
- RIP - Trilogy: looks fun, but does anyone know for sure?
- DETOUR: I'm not sure if this looks fun or if I would be board after a couple games...
- Crea Vures: Beautiful... I might buy it just to support a game with that sort of atmosphere
- Faerie Solitaire: Own it and it is good for just sitting back and relaxing when you only have a few min to spare. @ $1.24 I see no reason why others should not buy it.
- Arcadia: ...why would you even make a game like that (Geometry Wars-style) with that many indistinct particle effects?
- Mole Control: Silliest version of Minesweeper I've ever seen.
- Blueberry Garden: never heard of it, but it won awards 3-4 years ago. Anyone know about it?
- Whos That Flying: Can't tell if it is good humor or stupid humor...
- Dinner Date: Not sure how much "game" there is, but it certainly looks interesting.
- Delve Deeper: How tough is it? Could be interesting if it is hard enough.
- Waveform: Interesting take on the music-puzzle gameplay... *adds to wishlist* I will want to try the demo before buying.
- The Basement Collection: As far as I know, you can still play most of these for free on Kongregate. But you will get more than your money's worth for buying them all for $1.99
- Offspring Fling: Even if you are not interested in the game, you need to see the trailer.
- Adams Venture: talk about Indiana Jones... anyone know if they are any good?
- The Dream Machine: I'm almost willing to pick it up based only on those awards and unique style of graphics.
- Cubemen: I like this take on TD game-play.
- Containment The Zombie Puzzler: You know, I really can't think of any other game that uses this style of "gem" dropping.
- Gundemonium Collection: $5 for 3 "Bullet hell" games... OK, you've got my attention.
- Secret Of The Magic Crystals: Yogscast has Simon showing Lewis this game. Watch that if you are at all interested in getting it, you probably won't be interested after that.
That is 3 pages-of-games worth of comments/random thoughts that almost covered all the under $2.00 games. Good enough... for now *evil laugh*
Yu hav nat sein bod speeling unntil know. (cacke four undersandig tis)the cake is a lie!Oh by the way, Zeno Clash is 90% OFF!
Also, do you think it's possible that an indie game will go on flash deal or daily deal?

Give me cute or give me...something?That thing is 90% off?
...*adds to cart*
Doubt it. But who knows what sorts of packages are in store for Christmas.

Yu hav nat sein bod speeling unntil know. (cacke four undersandig tis)the cake is a lie! Also worth mentioning that both Ys: Oath in Felghana and Ys Origins are 50% off.
I already have Oath, but I don't have Origins. I may have to go for that with this sale...but then again The Walking Dead looks really tempting...damn it Steam!
EDIT: Oh god, Jet Set Radio is 50% off too...I...don't know what to do. A lot will depend on what my work hours like next week I suppose. Being responsible with my money is so hard when this time of the year comes around.

Taking a break from FE1, for the FE8 draft insteadNext round of Flash sales, expiring 2 PM PST:
- Dead Island (-66%)
- Rage (-75%)
- Train Simulator 2013 (-66%)
Did I miss the first background image for the Steamsale? It usually has a clear beginning and a coherent story to follow, but I'm not seeing it here, just the three characters from the previous sales on top of a giant diveboard.
And now, for the Autumn Sale going on until November 26 (the thread shall continue through the winter break as well), we have flash sales and daily deals much like the past summer's sale. The daily deals right now:
And the flash deals (with expirition times)
And there's also a host of indie sales as well throughout the week, including:
Apologies for the delay, since I was tired.
