@ 975: That quote is taken directly from an XKCD Alt Text. And it's true, all right. I once left a comment on a blog with a quite sophisticated readership, well above Youtube comments, that said things like "Don't call me racist, I have plenty of friends among the lesser breeds". At least one commenter took it seriously.
A blog that gets updated on a geological timescale. Was looking at the Sorting Algorithm of Deadness today and some of the examples there are pretty amusing, particularly the fact that someone did an entry for Feltipern Trevagg, a background Star Wars character whose sole claim to fame is having a short story written about him and his gruesome death decades after the fact. Well, they do say every character has fans...
Also, the comment on Jiraiya's entry reads simply "Screwed."
0dd: Yay! Someone else who hates "You Belong With Me!"

On the contrary, I love it in a So Bad, It's Good kind of way I think it's a horrible song that my own interpretation makes so much better
Insert witty and clever quip here. My page, as the database hates my handle. This from "Attack Of The Eye Creatures":
For the the Mystery Science Theater 3000 version, please go to the the episode recap page.
EDIT: The entire page is hilarious.

ಠ_ಠ@0dd: ...dude, you know that Every Breath You Take is supposed to be about a stalker, right? Sting himself has said that "I think the song is very, very sinister and ugly and people have actually misinterpreted it as being a gentle, little love song."

Join us in our quest to play all RPG video games! Moving on to disc 2 of Grandia!I thought were talking about Taylor Swift's "You Belong With Me".
Insert witty and clever quip here. My page, as the database hates my handle.Huh... I always thought Every Breath You Take was about a stalker. But I never knew that was actually the intent..
"It's so hard to be humble, knowing how great I am."Not the first time Sting did a song with deliberately creepy Lyrical Dissonance - see also 'Don't Stand So Close To Me', the catchiest song about a reluctant paedophile you're ever likely to meet.
What's precedent ever done for us?Have a link to your overanalysis of it? I think it would be fun to read. I'm not sure I'd go so far as to say it was about a stalker, but definitely a Nice Girl.

Here it is, in a comment I left on Songmeanings.net. I wrote it in 2009, back when I was still somewhat insufferable, so beware of some pretentious, "LOLSILLY", and condescending remarks that might be in there.

Look upon my R.O.U.S., ye mighty, and despair!@0dd: Oh! I'm very sorry, I assumed you meant Sting's. People keep misinterpreting that one.
Join us in our quest to play all RPG video games! Moving on to disc 2 of Grandia! From Date Peepers,
"7th Heaven. 7th Heaven. 7th Heaven. 7th Heaven. 7th Heaven. 7th Heaven. 7th Heaven..."
Each of those listings is linked to 7th Heaven, by the way. As if one link wouldn't be enough.
I get the feeling this happened a lot on that show?
More times then that list indicates actually.
It's all good!
Insert witty and clever quip here. My page, as the database hates my handle.I saw this from the Metal Gear Solid 3 Snake Eater character page, namely on The Pain's rather interesting use of a swarm of bees.

I can't help but detect a bit of sarcasm at the considerable expense of The Adventures Of Pluto Nash on its Trivia page:
From the YMMV page of the Ed Edd N Eddy movie:
I dunno why, but I found that kinda funny.
Bragging Rights Reward: Blast Corps:
The page picture for Heir Club for Men:
Wow, the Real Life section took up more then a third of the page before I took a whack at it and it's still full of natter and aversions.
From the My Little Pony Hilarious in Hindsight page:
I love how this has nothing to even do with Daring Do.
my drawing blog ya'll UPDATES 10 TIMES A MONTH WOW, THIS IS STRAIGHT UP MUH SOGGY KNEEAaaah, hilarious in hindsight. One of THE most misused tropes. "GUYS THIS PIECE OF FICTION MENTIONED A GUY NAMED JOHN AND THREE MONTHS LATER JOHN GREEN BECAME FAMOUS LOLOLOLOL"
Go play Kentucky Route Zero. Now.
From Off-Model on the Hotel Mario page.
I can't say why I laughed so hard at that.
