Fire Emblem Heroes gives every unit a voice actor in Japanese and English, including those who had been voiced in other Fire Emblem media prior to their inclusion in the game. While most previously voiced characters keep their original voice actors, there are some cases of recasting.

- Julian is voiced by Ryōhei Kimura instead of Kappei Yamaguchi.
- Lena is voiced by Haruka Tomatsu instead of Michiko Neya.
