Could you give me an idea of the tropes you're looking for?
- Chewing the Scenery: It's fairly obvious Ms. Williams relishes opportunities to indulge in the ham whenever possible. Best seen with Tifa in TFS' FF7 machinabridge, where the script writing allows for a lot of creative freedom. Said freedom means Tifa can go from quiet to Suddenly Shouting and back in the space of a sentence.
- There was a lot of scenery-chewing during the Kill La Kill panel at Anime Expo 2015, but her arrival on stage sort of set the tone:SCREAM FOR ME, YOU NERDS!
- There was a lot of scenery-chewing during the Kill La Kill panel at Anime Expo 2015, but her arrival on stage sort of set the tone:
- Cute and Psycho: What Nonon, Peacock, Yuniko, Jinx, Midari, and Tifa in TFS' FF7 machinabridge have in common.
- Genki Girl: Many of the characters she voices tend to be very hyperactive, especially Jinx.
- Ink-Suit Actor: Has stated in interviews that Sayaka Miki is like playing herself as a teenager.
- Pigeonholed Voice Actor: Tends to play crazy or hyperactive girls. But she can go Playing Against Type like with Linne as evidenced in BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle and Saya Sasamiya.
- Playing Against Type: Saya Sasamiya is a Rei Ayanami Expy, which is completely opposite from the characters she normally voices. As well as Linne, a sarcastic and cynical princess, who by the way is also hundreds of years old despite her young girl-like design.
- Promoted Fanboy: Loves SMT and ended up voicing Jack Frost, who she says is her favorite demon from the franchise.
- Star-Making Role: Sayaka Miki.
- Woman of a Thousand Voices: Apart from sounding like Eri Kitamura, she has a wide vocal range as evidenced here.
