Frank Todaro (born May 1, 1977) is an American voice actor, actor and radio host of Italian descent.
He is well-known for his work in dubbing, having being the most recurring voice of Starscream since 2015 as well as Mugman from The Cuphead Show!.
Todaro has worked on various dubs, and in stage productions. He has also been a regular voice actor with various companies such as Bang Zoom! Entertainment, VSI Los Angeles, NYAV Post, Cup of Tea Productions, Funimation, OkraTron 5000, Sound Cadence Studios, and Wadjet Eye Games.
He has also done work as a puppeteer and notably given lectures at the 2014 Worlds Science Fair. In the same vein of paranormal and space flight discussions, he hosted the radio programm "The Invisible World".
Do not confuse him with film director Frank J. Todaro or the underboss of the New Orleans crime family with the same name.
