If worth keeping, this sounds more like Accidental Innuendo as it's not intended to be seen as such. Also the bolded part could be reworked.

Seeing as the trope "sounds like sex" anyway, I think the sentence can stop at "moan".
Or even just "...sounds like something else."

Just cut it. This is pure Audience Reaction. From the trope page: However, in this particular case the noises made by the victim are mistaken for sounds of sexual pleasure by other characters.
No one is mistaking the sounds for anything, just audiences thinking that they sound kinda sensual.

So I discovered an unfamiliar trope named Looks Like She Is Enjoying It (When someone screams in pain but it sounds like they enjoying it) and begin to read this page. And then I find this example from Metroid Prime Trilogy, where I find it inappropriate. Bold lines means it's highlight.
- The first two games of the Metroid Prime Trilogy have Samus gasp softly when taking damage, nothing objectionable there. Then the third game rolls around and adds a new voice clip where she lets out a loud moan that sounds like something really nice just happened between her legs.
While the other examples are fine, this example gross me out because I thought it was written like an erotic novel. Was the detail too inappropriate or not? If it is, should I remove it or re-edit the example? Edited by Bubblepig
