Angry babby
This was a bit of a premature flag of mine when I first came across the fic. Having delved more into it, it's not explicit and focuses on the trauma surrounding CSA. Assaults are described in some cases but never explicitly and it is absolutely not titillating. It also has several side stories that aren't just about sexual abuse.
That said, I'm also a guest author on two chapters so my word might mean less here.
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.
CG for short
I actually read through the fic's TVT page a while back (I don't have the guts to read the fic itself). From what I can remember from reading it, it portrays the sexual assault stuff completely seriously and condemns the abusers. Despite being stated as being graphically detailed, none of it, including those involving minors, seems to be used for titillating reasons. Rather, seems to portray this Rape as Drama and the plot focuses more on how characters cope with trauma in general (not just SA, there are a few that had trauma from different places).

I haven't read it but from what I understand, yeah, it portrays the characters as victims and shows the trauma from sexual abuse, it's not meant to be titillating.

I've read the fic and I think it's worth mentioning that the part about it being explicitly detailed simply is not true. The assaults are not described via graphic sex acts, let alone sex acts with child characters. It's certainly gory and violent, but there's very little time devoted to actual rape scenes. No more than your average law and order episode, anyway. Usually the reader gets the lead up to a rape followed by the aftermath and if the rape is described it's always in vague terms that typically don't even mention genitalia.
