I can't tell the difference between pumpkin pie and sweet potato pie. I was raised on sweet potato pie, but everyone talks about pumpkin pie so I tried it for the first time a few years ago... It's just sweet potato pie.

I just realized how Hilarious in Hindsight those old Internet safety videos from the 2000s are, namely the fact they told a whole generation to never give out personal info online and what did that generation grow up to do... the exact opposite :)

I'm still confused over internet safety due to mixed messages. You're not supposed to give out your name and info online, yet social media and even job-related sites like Link-whatever all about that.

Job sites, however, have an understanding that the data is supposed to be treated with professional care, to ensure that potential employees are properly protected.

I have no clue. Old internet safety tips are so hard to keep up to as an adult, especially with how the internet has changed since the mid-2000s. I keep it safe: no selfies, no face reveals if I ever decide to do Youtube/Twitch, no personal info, don't discuss my personal life in too much detail.

The government knows everything. They're not the ones to be (too) worried about, but other people on the internet. You don't know what info is out there. Everything feels more risky online with all the hacking and data breaches. At least when you buy in person, you don't have to worry about someone stealing your identity if you pay with cash. Probably.
