Ich bin nicht schuld! 's ist Gottes Plan!
#76: May 1st 2011 at 3:09:57 PM

Opening Credits: Metallica - Leper Messiah
Badass. It does say I'm evil and corrupt, though...

Waking Up: Jerry Lee Lewis - Johnny B. Goode
Mmm, waking up with some nice rock & roll piano. (Yes, I know it's originally a Chuck Berry song).

First Day Of School: Johann Sebastian Bach - Matthäus-Passion - Der Landpfleger sagte
Der Landpfleger sagte, 'Was hat er den Übels getan?'
The governor said, 'What evil has he committed?'
Seriously, what did I do to get sent to SCHOOL?!

Falling In Love: Madness - Land Of Hope And Glory
Oh boy, this is not good... Reflects my real love life quite accurately, though.

Fight Song: UB40 - Present Arms
SPOT ON!! A song about the Army as my fighting theme! Thank you shuffle function!

Breaking Up: Grand Funk Railroad - Hooked On Love
Methinks a break-up is a bad time to be 'hooked on love'.

Prom: Queen - Play The Game
'Play the game, everybody play the game of love'... that is what you Yankees do at these "proms", isn't it?

Life's OK: Jerry Lee Lewis - I Love You So Much It Hurts
Jerry again. Beautiful song, but a little sad for "life's OK"... is that a subtle hint in the direction of 'your life isn't getting more OK than this'?

Mental Breakdown: Finntroll - Krigsmjöd
Finally, some metal. Appropriately dark and heavy for a mental breakdown theme.

Driving: Professor Longhair - She Ain't Got No Hair
'Look at her, she ain't got no hair...' *looks* 'Wait, where?' *CRASH*

Flashback: The Stooges - Ann
A trippy song, describing strong feelings in the past tense... fitting.

Getting Back Together: Pink Floyd - The Show Must Go On
'Ooh Ma, ooh Pa, must the show go on?' LOL

Wedding: The Rolling Stones - Midnight Rambler (Live)
Yay for my personal theme at my wedding! The live version is awesome. I feel sorry for my future wife, though, as the lyrics are about a serial killer and rapist xD

Birth Of Child: King Crimson - 21st Century Schizoid Man
Well, now I know in advance I have to get that child into therapy.

Final Battle: Dead Kennedys - When Ya Get Drafted
So my final battle will be in some meaningless War for Fun and Profit. The thought doesn't really cheer me up...

Death Scene: Little Walter - Juke
Well, at least my death will be accompanied by a upbeat harmonica tune played by that instrument's biggest badass.

Funeral Song: Emerson, Lake & Palmer - The Sage (Live)
From their acid-rock version of "Pictures of an Exhibition". This piece does sound quite sorrowful.

End Credits: Judas Priest - Last Rose Of Summer
Appropriately "end-ish".

Kitsune Inferno's Life Story, Part Deux

  • Opening Credits: Iron Maiden - "Fear of the Dark"
    • Why do I get the feeling I'll always open with ominous metal songs? Is my life that dark?
  • Waking Up: Daft Punk - "One More Time"
    • Ah, a taste of raucous enjoyment before it all goes to shit, I'm sure.
  • First Day Of School: Megadeth - "No More Mr. Nice Guy"
    • Not even in school yet and I've already turned to a prick.
  • Falling In Love: Tori Amos - "Me and a Gun"
  • Fight Song: Rage Against the Machine - "Freedom"
  • Breaking Up: Linkin Park - "Ent E Nd"
    • How fitting.
  • Prom: Hikaru Utada - "Beautiful World"
  • Life's OK: Bone Thugs-n-Harmony - "Never Forget Me"
    • I guess I'm in the process of leaving a legacy.
  • Mental Breakdown: Rotting Christ - "Ice Shaped God"
    • Hey, it's not everyday you see a crystalline hydra.
  • Driving: Death Angel - "Disturbing the Peace"
  • Flashback: Disturbed - "Inside the Fire"
    • Cheery.
  • Getting Back Together: Incubus - "Aqueous Transmission"
    • So I'm reuniting with a waterlogged corpse?
  • Wedding: Bad Rabbits - "Neverland"
    • Nothing less than a fantasy is where this kind of shit would happen.
  • Birth Of Child: Black Sabbath - "Sweet Leaf"
    • Yay, I sired a half-dead stoner.

    • Cool, it's in cars!
  • Death Scene: Snoop Dogg - "Murder was the Case"
    • Hey, I might get a second chance!

Apparition in the Woods
#79: May 1st 2011 at 11:04:55 PM

Opening Credits: Bügsküll, "Cosmic Western Love Song" (Distracted Snowflake Volume Two)

  • Umm... Yeah.

Waking Up: Robert Ashley, "The Bottleman" (The Wolfman)

  • It's often hard for me to get up properly, so this one fits nicely.

First Day Of School: Kites, "Hallucination Guillotine" (Hallucination Guillotine)

  • Tense, traumatic, and shorter than it would seem. Yep.

Falling In Love: Jandek, "I Never Left You Anyway" (The Beginning)

  • An awkward, atonal breakup song. Wow.

Fight Song: Bügsküll, "Drill" (Magic Tremelo)

  • Spoken word about one's house being raided, accompanied by weird sounds, growing in intensity. Strangely appropriate.

Breaking Up: This Heat, "24 Track Loop" (This Heat)

  • Another fight scene song. How wonderfully perverse.

Prom: Jandek, "White Box" (White Box Requiem)

  • I didn't go, but I initially did ask a person I rather liked; they were going with someone else. This fits nicely: Pretty, faintly mournful, strange, hesitant...

Life's OK: Nurse With Wound, "Finsbury Park, May 8th, 1:35 PM (I'll See You In Another World)" (Rock 'n' Roll Station)

  • Just as anxious as I am. Three cheers for subverted expectations!

Mental Breakdown: Nurse With Wound, "Subterranean Zappa Blues / My Saxy Baby" (The Second Pirate Session)

  • I could believe that.

Driving: Jandek, "I Need Your Life" (Put My Dream On This Planet)

  • Like looking out of a car window on a grey winter day.

Flashback: Richard Youngs & Simon Wickham-Smith, "Quiddity" (20 Years)

  • Nostalgic, short, pretty. I can go with that.

Getting Back Together: This Heat, "Music Like Escaping Gas" (This Heat)

  • That is the bleakest conceptual coordination I have ever seen.

Wedding: Jandek, "In A Chair I Stare" (Khartoum)

  • Second bleakest. Am I in love with the bride/groom? Is the reception terribly dull? Am I having an unnoticed aneurysm...?!

Birth Of A Child: Melvins, "Air Breather Deep In The Arms Of Morpheus" (Honky)

  • Don't take the drugs they're offering you!

Final Battle: Stars Of The Lid, "Austin Texas Mental Hospital, Pt. 3" (The Tired Sounds Of...)

  • How wonderfully Zen.

Death Scene: Caldera Lakes, "Track 4" (Title TBA, Rough Mix)

  • Brilliant.

Funeral Song: Chrome, "Informations" (No Humans Allowed)

  • Something weird's going down at that funeral...

End Credits: Nurse With Wound, "A Silhouette & A Thumbtack" (Rock 'n' Roll Station)

  • More spooky, fractured, looming oddity. Cool.

I'll hide your name inside a word and paint your eyes with false perception.

  • I guess.
Waking Up: Marukaite Chikiyuu (Italy and Germany Duet)- Hetalia Axis Powers
  • More anime music? Some wakeup music, though.
First Day Of School: Around the World- Red Hot Chili Peppers
  • Not really school music, but okay, this (kind of) works...
Falling In Love: Never Wanted to Dance- Mindless Self Indulgence
  • Okay then... I'm kind of freaked out.
Fight Song: Under the Bridge- Red Hot Chili Peppers
  • Too quiet and mellow.
Breaking Up: Octopus's Garden
  • The octopus better let me in his garden after a breakup...
Prom: Eh? Ah Sou- Vocaloid
  • How very odd and not subtle.
Life's OK: I Don't Want To Miss A Thing- Aerosmith
  • Isn't this a romantic song though?
Mental Breakdown: If We Hold On Together- Diana Ross
  • Too calming...
Driving: Papa Roach- Last Resort
  • Okay, I guess.
Flashback: Memories Of You- Shouji Meguro
  • Smart choice.
Getting Back Together: crushcrushfaint- UnforgettableSound (Original songs by Linkin Park and Paramore )
  • Unfitting...
Wedding: Better Man- Pearl Jam
  • Can't find a better man on a wedding? But it says the girl lies she's in love with him...
Birth Of Child: Romance- fatmanP
  • Very calming for a birth... Yay?
Final Battle: Shut Me Up- Mindless Self Indulgence
  • Very fitting.
Death Scene: Highly Strung- Spandau Ballet
  • Highly strung? How can one be that when dead?
Funeral Song: The Phantom of the Opera- The Phantom of the Opera
  • Not funny. Not funny at all.
End Credits: Big Me- Foo Fighters
  • I love this song.

Used none of my skips.

#81: May 4th 2011 at 3:17:52 PM

  • Opening Credits: Bob Dylan - Don't Think Twice, It's All Right
Far too light and gentle for my opening credits...

  • Waking Up: Meat Loaf - Modern Girl
GIMME THE FUTURE! GIMME THE FUTURE! GIMME THE FUTURE with a MO-DERN GIRL! Appropriately wake-up-ish, and yes, I would like a "modern girl", or indeed any girl at all.

  • First Day Of School: Skip James - Little Cow And Calf Is Gonna Die Blues
Never thought my school would be that... twisted.

  • Falling In Love: Canned Heat - Fannie Mae
Well, it's a song about a girl, with not much else to it. Fair enough.

  • Fight Song: Queen - Seven Seas Of Rhye (Instrumental Version)
Damn. The full, vocal version would have been extremely badass. This version... slightly less so.

  • Breaking Up: Judas Priest - Last Rose Of Summer
Wait, that one came up last time, too... Anyway, it is about the opposite of breaking up... 'I give you this last rose of summer, a token of my unyielding love'.

  • Prom: Blitzkrieg - Saviour
Yay, a girl will sweep in and save me by being my prom date!

  • Life's OK: The Stooges - 1970
Dude... apparently my idea of "OK" is a Mushroom Samba.

  • Mental Breakdown: Queen - Death On Two Legs (Dedicated To...)
It's not exactly about a mental breakdown, but the music does sound seriously nasty. Small wonder, if you consider what the song is about...

  • Driving: Metallica - Welcome Home (Sanitarium)
Damn, this should have been the Mental Breakdown song!

  • Flashback: The Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band - Rhinocratic Oaths
The fuck? (My response to this song in itself, not just to this song as a flashback song).

  • Getting Back Together: Saxon - Judgment Day
As in, we won't get back together before the end of time?

  • Wedding: The Police - The Bed's Too Big Without You
Luckily, I am now married, so I will have someone lying next to me... won't I?

  • Birth Of Child: Red Hot Chili Peppers - Sex Rap
No, that's what comes before the birth of a child.

  • Final Battle: Fleetwood Mac - Oh Well
Plenty of RRRRRROCK for a battle theme. Fast, energetic, exactly as battle music should be.

  • Death Scene: Robert Johnson - Kind Hearted Woman Blues (Alternate Take)
Of course I'd die singing the blues.

  • Funeral Song: Franz Liszt - Fantasie und Fuge über den Choral "Ad Nos, Ad Salutarem Undam" - Fuge
    Depressing organ music. Appropriate.

  • End Credits: Canned Heat - Amphetamine Annie
And I've never even touched the stuff!

STEAMPOWERED'S LIFE STORY III: THE CURSE OF STEAMPOWERED'S LIFE STORY.

  • Opening Credits: Roots Manuva- Witness Dub
    • This is a super-cool walking type song, like the kind Quentin Tarantino might use.
  • Waking Up: Straylight Run- Wait and Watch
    • So my waking up is appropriately apocalyptic and epic.
  • First Day Of School: Tomoyasu Hotei- Battle Without Honor or Humanity #3
    • Speaking of Tarantino...I just know I'm using up all my epic awesome songs in this section.tongue
  • Falling In Love: Crystal Castles- Chess Mess
    • This would be kind of a fucked up romance, then.
  • Fight Song: Pendulum- Axle Grinder (skip used)
    • Could not deal with Bright Eyes as my fight song. Pendulum, however, is perfect.
  • Breaking Up: Gorillaz- Some Kind Of Nature (ft. Lou Reed)
    • An oddly upbeat breakup song, but at least there's Lou Reed.
  • Prom: The Ramones- 53rd and 3rd
    • Oh, I go to punk rock academy. Right.
  • Life's OK: Lil B- Basedgod
    • Of course life's OK. Life's based.
  • Mental Breakdown: The Good, The Bad, and The Queen- Nature Springs
    • Sort of a quiet, Sylvia Plath mental breakdown.
  • Driving: Titus Andronicus- The Battle of Hampton Roads
    • OH FUCK YES
  • Flashback: The Clash- Jimmy Jazz
    • This is sort of vaguely nostalgic, I guess.
  • Getting Back Together: Ennio Morricone- The Man with the Harmonica
    • Wha...?
  • Wedding: Raekwon- Snake Pond
    • At our wedding, we are attacked by ninjas and rappers.
  • Birth Of Child: Zeds Dead- 1975
    • Our child is born at a rave.
  • Final Battle: Sonic Youth- Disappearer
    • Adequate.
  • Death Scene: Beck- Where it's At
    • I have a funky death.
  • Funeral Song: Suede- She's Not Dead
    • Best.
  • End Credits: The Kleptones- Battle Sequence.

We must move forward, not backward. Upward, not forward. And always twirling, twirling, twirling towards freedom.

Iku Masamune'S LIFE STORY

Opening Credits: Spice by Kagamine Len (It fits, somehow)

Waking Up: Hang 'Em High by Dropkick Murphys (What an awesome way to wake up.)

First Day Of School: On the Lookout by Barenaked Ladies (I guess my first day at school is peaceful)

Falling In Love: Anything For You by Ludo (I swear my iPod predicted this...)

Fight Song: The Ballad of Mona Lisa by Panic! At the Disco (Hell. Yeah.)

Breaking Up: Dance, Dance by Fall Out Boy (Can I fight my boyfriend since this is a good fight song, too?)

Prom: Ready, Steady, Go by L'Arc~en~Ciel (Guess I will go to this prom cosplaying as Ed Elric)

Life's OK: To Youth (My Sweet Roisin Dubh) by Flogging Molly (Yay!)

Mental Breakdown: Golden Boy by Barenaked Ladies (I laughed when this came up. Sooo ironic)

Driving: The Story so Far by Flogging Molly (It's too depressing for a driving song)

Flashback: Get in Line by Barenaked Ladies (It could fit)

Getting Back Together: You're Crashing, But You're no Wave by Fall Out Boy (Uhh...)

Wedding: All the Stars in Texas by Ludo (I live in California, not Texas! Plus, i've never been there before)

Birth Of Child: Sham Wow Now (Boom Boom Pow parody) by The Computer Nerd 01 (WTF?)

Final Battle: Sadie Hawkins Dance by Relient K (My final battle's at the Sadie Hawkins Dance)

Death Scene: Sunday Hardcore Matineé by Dropkick Murphys (Don't worry, I probably faked my death to go to the Sunday Hardcore Matineé after the Sadie Hawkins Dance)

Funeral Song: Paparazzi by Lady Gaga (ROFLMAO! ROFLMAO!)

End Credits: Shoebox by Barenaked Ladies (How perfect)

Halifax-tan does not approve of that

Ok, I guess I'm going to give it a try, it might have some quite funny results. No skipping also.

Opening Credits: Medicine Wheel by Between The Buried and Me (An instrumental song? Fine. Sounds kinda sad though, )

Waking Up: For Aeons Past by Solution .45 (Okay, the first lyrics fit this almost too well. "We cannot sleep forever/Nor can our dreams awake".)

First Day Of School: Our Disintegration by It Dies Today (apparently my perception of school was quite gothic when I was a kiddie.)

Falling In Love: Extinction Mantra by Scar Symmetry (I knew it all along! All crushes I ever had in life were part of a big conspiracy!)

Fight Song: Son of a Machine Gun Pt. 2 by American Me (I would kick the ass of anyone if I were to fight while listening to this.)

Breaking Up: Trapped by Dead By April (lyrics sound kinda different from breaking up. I can only conclude that breaking up brings lots of auto-tune.)

Prom: Fallen Leaves by Tracedawn (That might be the most awesome prom ever, too bad that I apparently have to die.)

Life's OK: Deserve More by Limp Bizkit (That's a tough one... Maybe life's OK even if I'm being cheated, or even if I'm Fred Durst. Although I would seriously doubt that last one.)

Mental Breakdown: Drug Lord by Helmet (More like angst. At least my mental breakdown isn't too serious I hope.)

Driving: Footprints by Taproot (So this song says something about leaving footprints back home... I think my car works like the ones in The Flintstones)

Flashback: Somebody's Watching Me (it's a cover btw) by Raunchy (Yeah, apparently my ex was a stalker.)

Getting Back Together: Replica by Fear Factory ("I am hate/I am rape/I am hate/I am rape". Looks like this dirty bastard needed a stalker after all?)

Wedding: Time of Day by From Zero ("I Was Giving You the Best/I Was Giving You the Time of Day/But You're Just Like All the Rest"? Why am I marrying her? Oh yes, that's because I am rape.)

Birth Of Child: Soldier's Song by Demon Hunter (I'm going to be an awesome dad with Kamina speeches.)

Final Battle: Re-Ocurring Thought Patterns by Synthetic Breed (My final battle will be against the oppressing system. Nothing short of awesome and quite fitting for a Kamina-like dad.)

Death Scene: Take The Power by Instant Suppression ("I'm waiting for someone to take/My spirit and hope/Every breath that I take/Is painful".)

Funeral Song: All The Right Moves by Bury Your Dead (Judging by the lyrics, looks like I chose for my funeral a good song to apologise to my wife for being hate and rape.)

End Credits: The Baying Of The Hounds by Opeth (If my life turns out to be half as epic as this song, I'm going to die happy.)

ANNE BEECHE'S LIFE STORY

Opening Credits: Depeche Mode- Macro (Instrumental)

  • That's a pretty bleak opening.

Waking Up: System Of A Down- Know

  • Haha. Good waking up song.

First Day Of School: System of a Down- Shimmy

  • Lyrics are coincidentally somewhat relevant.

Falling In Love: The Who- A Legal Matter

  • Actually this works very well. :D

Fight Song: The Flaming Lips - The Yeah Yeah Yeah Song (Instrumental)

  • That's a really slow-paced and upbeat fight.

Breaking Up: Homestuck- Requiem of Sunshine and Rainbows

  • Actually, it fits very well, and makes the scene more interesting.

Prom: Final Fantasy XII OST- Barheim Passage

  • Very, very unsuited for a prom. Sounds more like we're scouting through dark tunnels, which is more or less what you actually do at this point of the game.

Life's OK: Depeche Mode- Goodnight Lovers

  • Fits, although I'm not a huge fan of this song.

Mental Breakdown: Final Fantasy XIII- Fighting Fate

  • That is one EPIC AND AWESOME mental breakdown.

Driving: Homestuck- Contention

  • Actually, it fits. Makes me think of cruising through the city at night.

Flashback: System of a Down- X

  • I'm flashing back to when I actually listened to this band religiously.

Getting Back Together: Homestuck- Pony Chorale

  • Neigh.

Wedding: Final Fantasy X- I can Fly (Believe)

  • That is one tragic wedding.

Birth Of Child: Led Zeppelin- That's the Way

  • And a very peaceful and pleasant birth.

Final Battle: Final Fantasy XII- Esper

  • Wow, an actual battle theme that sounds ridiculously epic!

Death Scene: Rush-YYZ

  • That is one EPICALLY AWESOME death. I die gloriously.

Funeral Song: Rush- Analog Kid

  • Yes yes, I know, it's one of my favorites, but it's not suited for a funeral.

End Credits: Rush- Show Don't Tell

  • Okay.

Alright, I haven't done this in a long time, so here goes! evil grin

Opening Credits: Petrified - Fort Minor. I guess this will be a film about street life ans such, or maybe something with an "alt" ambience. Maybe my movie will be full of Rule of Cool ? Who knows...

Waking Up: Rebel Without A Pause - Public Enemy. Yep, I am a pretty cool rengade comin' from the streets who is all alt and shit.

First Day of School: Undo It - Carrie Underwood. Ok, now this is probably associated with the school and not me. Fitting, I guess, I sorta feel like this at school.

Falling In Love: Listen To Your Heart - D H T. I don't think it needs any explanation.

Fight Scene: Magika - Two Steps From Hell. Fucking YEAH! Epic as hell

Breakup Song: Peace sells - {{Megadeth]] Whoa... What kind of breakup is this? Lyrically, it could work... Making parallels with alot of other shit.

Prom: Prison Song: System Of A Down. I can actually imagine this. First, with me picturing the whole school as a fascist dictatorship, and a rave party going on with the chorus playing. Yeah, it works.

Life's OK: Detroit Rock City - KISS. Hellz yeah it's ok.

Mental Breakdown: Freak On A Leash - Korn. OH YESSS. This is THE song for a mental breakdown!

Driving: Blah Blah Blah - Ke$ha. It obviously appears on the radio, which would be fitting, since lyrically I cannot think of THAT kind of situation happening with me...

Flashback: One - Apocalyctica. Dark, introspective, intense. Epic flashback.

Getting Back Together: Cry of The Black Birds - Amon Amarth. I laughed so hard...

Marriage: La Fille Sage (Trans. The Wise Girl) - Ottilie. Sweet, short, quiet, fun and simple, with an air of wisdom. Cool, right?

Birth Of Child: In The Court of The Crimson King - King Crimson. My son will be badass and weird at the same time, with a touch for drama. Awesome.

Final Battle. Used skip for Talk - Coldplay (No. Just... No) and got: Divinations (Instrumental version) - Mastodon. PERFECT. No lyrics to ruin my mood, just atmosphere, with my fists doing the talking.

Death Scene: Space Pirates Metal cover - Stemage. So I will get killed in a surprise assault by genocidal aliens? Freaking Awesome.

Funeral Song: Step Up - Linkin Park. Appropiate, I guess. Not to mention it kinda closes the circle.

Closing Credits: Tier - Rammstein. this works a lot.

So, I guess my movie at least has an awesome soundtrack.

Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eyes off the goal.

I'm doing this again, just because it's fun:

ANNE BEECHE'S LIFE STORY

Opening Credits: System of a Down- Innervision

  • Ah yes, the best system of a down song, and a great way to start off!

Waking Up: Homestuck- Oh God, Christmas!

  • Oh God, Christmas! Apparently it's Christmas.

First Day Of School: Final Fantasy XIII- Saber's Edge

  • You mean I'm having an EPIC BOSS BATTLE on my first day of school? Jeez, what a fast-moving course. Awesome cirriculum though.

Falling In Love: The Who - Don't Look Away

  • Apparently I fell in love on a totally random road trip across the states. :D

Fight Song: Final Fantasy X- Hymn of the Fayth ~ Valefor

  • That is one tragic hopeless-sounding battle. ):

Breaking Up: Homestuck- Horsechestra STRONG version

  • Neigh! Whinny! -trample- neigh! I'm breaking up to be with Equius? OH GOD NO

Prom: Pirates of the Caribbean- Skull and Crossbows

  • I get to swashbuckle at a pirate-themed prom? AWESOME.

Life's OK: Final Fantasy XIII- Lulu's Theme

  • Life's OK, but in a sad way.

Mental Breakdown: Kajiura Yuki- Dot Hack Sign Soundtrack- Nowhere

  • A damn sad and lonely song, good for a breakdown.

Driving: Homestuck- Arisen Anew

  • Damn, I'm one pimpin' driver. :D

Flashback: Final Fantasy X- Assault

  • Apparently I'm flashing back to when I made an aerial assault on an airship. Cool!

Getting Back Together: System of a Down- Radio/Video

ANNE BEECHE'S LIFE STORY

Fight Song: Homestuck- The Broken Clock

  • Way too quiet, cinematic and ominous for a prom.

Life's OK: Final Fantasy X- Sprouting (Movement in Green)

Final Battle: Final Fantasy XII- Peaceful Determination

  • A bit soft and sneaky for an epic final battle.

Death Scene: Final Fantasy XIII- Fighting Fate.

Funeral Song: Jimi Hendrix- Remember

  • I don't think the guys who picked this song out looked more closely at the lyrics, or even listened to the song.

End Credits: System of a Down- Holy Mountains
