During the investigation of recent hollers in the Complete Monster thread, it's become apparent to the staff that an insular, unfriendly culture has evolved in the Complete Monster and Magnificent Bastard threads that is causing problems.
Specific issues include:
- Overzealous hollers on tropers who come into the threads without being familiar with all the rules and traditions of the tropes. And when they are familiar with said rules and traditions, they get accused (with little evidence) of being ban evaders.
- A few tropers in the thread habitually engage in snotty, impolite mini-modding. There are also regular complaints about excessive, offtopic "socializing" posts.
- Many many thread regulars barely post/edit anywhere else, making the threads look like they are divorced from the rest of TV Tropes.
- Following that, there are often complaints about the threads and their regulars violating wiki rules, such as on indexing, crosswicking, example context and example categorization. Some folks are working on resolving the issues, but...
- Often moderator action against thread regulars leads to a lot of participants suddenly showing up in the moderation threads to protest and speak on their behalf, like a clique.
It is not a super high level problem, but it has been going on for years and we cannot ignore it any longer. There will be a thread in Wiki Talk
to discuss the problem; in the meantime there is a moratorium on further Complete Monster and Magnificent Bastard example discussion until we have gotten this sorted out.

Who is the Candidate and What have they Done?
This will be the main portion of the Effort Post. Here you list all of the crimes committed by the candidate. For candidates with longer rap sheets, keep the list to their most important and heinous crimes, we don't need to hear about every time they decide to do something minor or petty.
Do they have any Mitigating Factors or Freudian Excuse?
Here you discuss any potential redeeming or sympathetic features the character has, the character's Freudian Excuse if they have one, as well as any other potential mitigating factors like Offscreen Villainy or questions of moral agency. Try to present these as objectively as possible by presenting any evidence that may support or refute the mitigating factors.
Do they meet the Heinousness Standard?
Here you compare the actions of the Candidate to other character actions in the story in order to determine if they stand out or not. Remember that all characters, not just other villains, contribute to the Heinousness Standard
Final Verdict?
Simply state whether or not you think the character counts or not.

I will say, with Slade: Even if the 40+ attempted murders alone isn't enough (I think it just makes it), the fact that he "taped nails to the exterior of the bomb, specifically to rip open flesh" seems a sadistic extra touch that pushes him into CM territory, IMHO anyway.

So. I found a No Sleep guy and...Meh, I am giving it a try. I usually don't search CM from there (I know we have a higher standards for them but I feel this dude does enough and the story is closer to "Dark short horror history" than "Neverending sucession of horrors").
Here's the thing...the original story is erased on reddit but there's one video with a translation on spanish. Before doing the EP, I want to know, it's ok EP-ing it or I need to found a written version of the story, or because it was deleted by the original author then it don't count?
Edit: Here's one written version on english. Side note but having heard a read of the story, it actually took over 20 minutes, which is enought for me to classify it as short story (plus, we have a Nyarlathotep from a creepypasta of 12 minutes)

Would anyone with knowledge of (Anime)/Gasaraki rewrite these entries?
Kazukiyo is the eldest son from the Gowa family. He assassinates a minister of justice in what looks like a tragic road accident, has soldiers injected with Psycho Serum and forced to pilot the series' mecha for 36 hours straight (something that his brother Kiyotsugu refuses to do), provide assistances to a Well-Intentioned Extremist, allowing him to stage a coup, uses his own little sister Misuzu in an experiment due to her powers as a kai (empath that can synch with the Humongous Mecha from the series) (something that, again, Kiyotsugu objects to), and commits patricide (and when his dad was trying to save Misuzu from him) in order to achieve his goal of power
His very ancient predecessor, Tsuna Watanabe, isn't any better, deliberately having the city of Kyoto set on fire, letting the firestorm of Gasaraki be summoned, and then torturing Yushiro by shooting him in the knees with arrows when he refuses to let the summoning continue

Okay, so I feel like at this point it's safe to cut Irving. Now it's made clear that Irving knew about the Stage 2 attack in New York City and advised Angela about it. But there's not enough evidence showing he knew about the other seventy-one attacks that succeeded. Honestly, after watching Season 3 and getting a grasp on Irving, he comes across as a Punch-Clock Villain. Admittedly one who's a bit more sadistic than you'd expect, but besides working for the Dark Army, axing Santiago (who was a twat to begin with), and threatening to murder Dom's family, nothing else he does in the show screams Complete Monster to me. So unless anyone else has objections or concerns, we can cut Irving.
Well then. Back to binge-watching. Should have opinions on Vera no later than tomorrow.
