I uh read it over at Setsucans. At least the deep one. Its not that bad.
Like the sex in this version is pretty rare and censored. (Or offscreen). Like their only like 3 -4 chapters out of ten I spotted with sex and only few panels each in them that are about censored sex.
It's pretty much a normal romance and Slice of Life series. I think that's keepable.

Okay, so that's a keep for the Deep version, but what about the original version?
Judging by what it says it is, cut the regular version.
Let's confirm what's going on in the original version before jumping to any conclusions.

- Imaizumin's House (has many translations of the title): 61 pages. 3 classmates stay at boys' home on a friday night. He loses in a videogame, so he gets a punishment. Cue graphical sex with the three. There's nothing of note beside that.
- Imaizumin's House 2: 67 pages. In a Bait-and-Switch, what sounds like sex is the girls trying to get the guy "get manier" by doing physical exercise. Ruri buys tickets to the hot spring, which becomes a "sex vacation". Cue a series of graphic sex in the train, in the hotel inn, the spa, the baths, the bed. Of non-porn, there's a joke about scaring the manager.
- Imaizumin's House 3: 72 pages. Mid-sex, the boy has a call that his mom is arriving soon to check, which he ignores. Cue sex at home and at school. As a joke, two of the three manage to go and return from their part-time job meanwhile. The girls decide to not come while his mom is there, which is skipped entirely, and they come three days later and he's already depressed of loneliness. Cue orgy for the rest of the chapter.
- OVA 1: 16 minutes. Pretty much the first chapter but slow and more sex scenes.
- OVA 2: 16 minutes. Ditto but for chapter 2.
- Deep: 10 chapters and seems still ongoing. Looks rather tame.
Which is the first chapter. Scrolling through the rest, most of it isn't even really erotic and just normal school life with some drama.

I think I'm done with Sandbox.Imaizumin Chi Wa Douyara Gal No Tamariba Ni Natteru Rashii Deep. Didn't include anything from Characters.Imaizumi Brings All The Gyarus To His House I don't recall seeing or wanted to avoid shoehorning.
It mentions "Omake chapters", but they weren't in the translation I have, and I'm not feeling going out of the way to find them, so I've ignored those.
Will give it a day before launching so others can double-check the sandbox.

If it's self-admittedly a Hentai and "entirely pornographic", it shouldn't have a page in the first place. The "Deep" spin-off would have to be checked on plot/porn, the Characters subpage gives me an impression there could be some semblence of a backstory.
