I'll start:
I think the caption on the page image for Heartwarming.Star Trek Voyager is too shippy and a bit too snarky.
For every low there is a high.I agree. Take it to the caption repair.
"Listen up, Marina, because this is SUPER important. Whatever you do, don't eat th“ “DON'T EAT WHAT?! Your text box ran out of space!”Uh.. where is the "caption repair"? I've never heard of it.
For every low there is a high. It's this thread.
Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure PurenessI just took it there.
"Listen up, Marina, because this is SUPER important. Whatever you do, don't eat th“ “DON'T EAT WHAT?! Your text box ran out of space!”Star Trek: The Motion Picture says that the simple feelings mentioned are up to interpertation. I dunno anything about Star Trek, but I am pretty sure it’s nuthin’ but Ho Yay.
"Listen up, Marina, because this is SUPER important. Whatever you do, don't eat th“ “DON'T EAT WHAT?! Your text box ran out of space!”I'm not sure what to do about a contentious, ambiguous relationship in Loki (2021) between Loki and Sylvie, the evil Loki variant. It's clear the characters love each other, but it's unclear if the relationship is meant to be romantic. Sylvie is called Loki's "girlfriend" at one point by another character trying to annoy him. They cuddle a few times and share a kiss in the last episode. There are two main shipping factions in the fandom. Both accuse the other side of being toxic, creepy, and weird, and frankly, they might both be right. Given the lack of canonical statement on the matter, should I change references to a romance between the two to something more neutral.
I'm not too much of an expert on shipping, but if they kiss, I'm fairly certain it counts as canon. Depends on the kiss a little, to be honest.
TRS Wick CleaningYeah. What kinda kiss is important.
"Listen up, Marina, because this is SUPER important. Whatever you do, don't eat th“ “DON'T EAT WHAT?! Your text box ran out of space!”Yeah kissing is very much as sign that they supposed to be shipped, especially one like that where it's a very passionate one from memory, and was very clearly meant to be see as romantic.
Remove the Star Trek example that is simply Ho Yay.

Fan-Preferred Couple cleanup threadIt’s not on Ho Yay, but it is mentioned to be up to interpertation.
"Listen up, Marina, because this is SUPER important. Whatever you do, don't eat th“ “DON'T EAT WHAT?! Your text box ran out of space!”Yeah I have watched the movie and it's mostly Ho Yay. It's the main image for Ho Yay.
Fan-Preferred Couple cleanup threadMaybe the Heartwarming could just be rewritten.
"Listen up, Marina, because this is SUPER important. Whatever you do, don't eat th“ “DON'T EAT WHAT?! Your text box ran out of space!”Sure. Let me take a crack at it.
Fan-Preferred Couple cleanup threadYes, Loki/Sylvie has been confirmed by director Kate Herron, writer Michael Waldron, and composer Natalie Holt to be romantic in nature.

"Listen up, Marina, because this is SUPER important. Whatever you do, don't eat th“ “DON'T EAT WHAT?! Your text box ran out of space!”Soulmate AU Fic is supposed to be a fic where everybody has a soulmate, but the non-ZCEs appear to just be "shipping using soulmates".

"Listen up, Marina, because this is SUPER important. Whatever you do, don't eat th“ “DON'T EAT WHAT?! Your text box ran out of space!”After watching a couple of retrospectives on iCarly, I decided to take a glance at the YMMV page, and hoo boy but it feels like half of the page is dedicated to complaining about Seddie and Seddie shippers. I'm not familiar enough with the show or its fandom wars to clean it up, so is there anyone else here who can do the work of rewriting everything to be more neutral?
Really. Because I thought it would be the other way around. Since by sheer numbers Seddie is more popular. Let me take a look and help clean it up.
Fan-Preferred Couple cleanup threadTBF, the Seddie trilogy sort of turned a lot of people off from the pairing.
Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure PurenessIt sounds like it might've been a situation similar to Olicity.
Either way I plan to handle looking through it later today. Just give me a bit.
We might want to look at Victorious pages to. Because at first glance there is a lot of gushing about ships. Particularly Jori.

Fan-Preferred Couple cleanup threadI found this in Ship-to-Ship Combat:
- Oh, be thankful that the shipping wars of Daria are over! There are STILL Daria/Trent shippers out there — the biggest contingent, who were set to declare holy war when the Word of God Jossed that pairing in the third season finale by showing that reality would never support the pairing. Still, that's NOTHING compared to what happened a season later. Want to start a war in Daria fandom? Two words: "The Kiss." Daria/Tom shipping has caused heated arguments the way the Sun provides heat and light for the Earth. And the real irony is that in the end of the show, they broke up and Daria stayed single, so neither pairing is is One True Pairing. This isn't even mentioning those who still cling desperately to Daria/Jane versus those who dislike it.
I mean it is overall written very weirdly. I can't put my finger on why, though.

Shipping stuff tend to be poorly handled on this site, with entries may being invalid, misuse, infactual, gushy and/or bashy, all that kinda shait. This is an effort to fix this, and everything that has to do with shipping is welcome.
Fan-Preferred Couple has its own thread here, and Ho Yay here.
So, let’s get down to it!
