It's weird that Venom said "universes" when talking about the hive mind's knowledge. Don't know how, trying not to think too hard about that, but assuming it's literal, maybe someone just encountered an antagonistic Peter Parker and has memories of him, and Venom thinks he recognizes this one.
So do you think Knull will be the next Big Bad
Since we had the symbiote invaders and Carnage already.
He is the new big villain of the Venom rogues gallery.

"That's right mortal. By channeling my divine rage into power, I have forged a new instrument in which to destroy you."Isn't he like, the leader/god of Mingmong or something? The movies should probably tackle something a little smaller.
Uh the issue is that Venom doesn't really have an interesting Rogues Gallery.
As Venom: Rogues Gallery will show you.
Another symbiote would be boring.
Crime master and Jack O lantern I think would be saved for Toxin. As a detective their old school gangaster style would fit him better.
Plus hey it's the third film you can go wild.
"That's right mortal. By channeling my divine rage into power, I have forged a new instrument in which to destroy you."You could bring in the Symbiote-Slayers.
Zombie-robots built to hunt down symbiotes that could be fun.
Though those 2 are more Flash’s villains.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Their is sin eater though.
Though I wonder if two supernatural Serial Killer 's in a row even if their pretty different is too much .
"That's right mortal. By channeling my divine rage into power, I have forged a new instrument in which to destroy you."Demogoblin, maybe?
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.Since No Way Home is doing Spider-Verse and One More Day, a Madame Web film would be a good way to tie the MCU and the SSU by having alternate versions of Spider-Man and/or Spidey-related characters team up.
Really Crime Master and Jack would be great choices. A crime boss and his high-tech dragon would be something different from symbiotes plus Jack uses fire so he already has an equalizer against Venom.
About the only issue against Jack and by extension Demogoblin is that they might be seen as too similar to Green Goblin whose apparently gonna be in NO Way Home.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Figured this movie was going to totally butcher Kasady and, well, yeah. Yeah, that happened.
But Eddie and Venom's stuff was still pretty fun. Overall, not as good as the first, but I still enjoyed it. And I expect other people who don't have my hang-ups about Kasady feeling completely wrong will probably enjoy it more.
Also, that "Cry for the Devil" scene at the end for Kasady being followed by the final statement, "FUCK THIS GUY!" gave me life.

My Tumblr. Currently liveblogging Haruhi Suzumiya and revisiting Danganronpa V3.Sony is fucking cowards and won't use r-rating to really sell Carnage's horror yet they don't know how to make him scary and gruesome without it.
But then how the fuck did Rampage2018 have all that human gore with a pg-13 rating, especially with Burke's squad?
I got my political views from reddit and that's badI haven't actually seen Rampage, so that movie having more gore than Venom: Let There Be Some Carnage is rather surprising.
Actually, what's really egregious is that before the rating reveal, it seemed like Sony was dancing around the possibility that Venom: But Not Too Much Carnage would be rated R.
But if Carnage can't be done right without slamming into R territory, yet the movie he's in HAS to be PG-13, then I guess it's all about imagination. Which is something Sony evidently lacks in.
I guess if it were up to me, I'd take pages from Rampage and perhaps even from that scene in Spider-Man 2 when Ock's robo-tentacles murdered the living hell out of those doctors. Try to find workarounds. Like if showing people getting eviscerated is a no, then how about only showing the shadows of the really grisly bits? That works to some capacity, right?
You could even have Venom show up to the aftermath of a slaughter with bodies strewn about a room with some signs of Carnage's rampage, with some Gory Discretion Shots of the really nasty remains being just offscreen enough to leave the gore offscreen. There are plenty of workarounds with a PG-13 Carnage. Even the Maximum Carnage storyline was surprisingly bloodless despite the massive bodycount.
Also, maybe have him eat Ms.Chen and steal the chocolate.

Ok, who let Light Yagami in here?I know she's the villain, but I'm glad Shriek was able to enjoy a certain level of freedom before she died.
It's perfectly possible that she was innocent, and they only put her in that jail, just for the "crime" of being a mutant.
I was surprisedthat they gave Carnage an attempt at sympathy at the end, when he accused Brock of writing a one sided article that ignored the abuse he received from his family. It seemed at odds with everything else we saw about him.
You and I remember Budapest very differentlyI actually liked that. It was the setup to the "FUCK THIS GUY" joke. They were building up the idea that Kasady may actually have some sympathetic elements to him. That even he, a remorseless killer, is a flawed human being. He came from somewhere. He has human thoughts and feelings of his own. He is no more and no less redeemable than any one of us.
And they did that so that they could then yank the rug out from under that idea. Because he is a remorseless killer. Fuck. This. Guy. CHOMP.
That made me so happy. Just. So, so happy.

My Tumblr. Currently liveblogging Haruhi Suzumiya and revisiting Danganronpa V3.Well, some people find the prospect of redeeming villains - particularly villains that have gone too far to really earn it - tiring and played out, sometimes even veering into Unfortunate Implications territory for reasons. So this could be seen as a pleasant surprise, just offing that bastard Cletus.

Self-serious autistic metalhead who goes by any pronouns. (avvie template source)They did almost a bait and switch thing where they seemingly give this serial killer last-minute sympathy, and nope, shut it down. Venom's having none of it.

Especially since Cletus is a Complete Monster.
He is not sympathetic at all, he's a stone cold fuck.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Although it is noteworthy that in this version, Carnage turns out to be the most evil of the duo. Unlike the main villains in the previous movie (Riot and Carlton Drake) who were just as evil to each other.
Speaking of the Carnage symbiote and the symbiote alone, is the comics version considered a Complete Monster, or is it a similar case to Carlton and Drake in that both the human and the symbiote are considered to qualify?
Usually view each other as extensions of themselves, and as such they are both considered Complete Monsters.
You can only write so much in your forum signature. It's not fair that I want to write a piece of writing yet it will cut me off in the midThe Carnage Symbiote would probably count as a Complete Monster for his heinous actions that stand out by the standards of the story. Cletus Kasady on the other hand does not since he loves Shriek and even pleads Carnage not to hurt him, this is in stark contrast to the comics version who doesn't give a single shit about her.

Ironically the Carnage symbiote itself is his true love even regularly referring to it in spousal terms
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."
Holy shit what if (if Venom actually does appear in No Way Home) Venom or the symbiote’s dislike of Peter is due to the memories of the symbiote from Spider-Man 3 getting displaced onto this symbiote?
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."
