well there is the potential for that but it also seems they are literally unable to commit extreme morally wrong actions (unless they can but theres consequences for it? but either way)

They're the student council. Yes, they are of the absurdly powerful kind but at the end of the day they still have duties to uphold, it appears.

i'll admit, the unlikely duo of kosugi and izuru is a fun one

I'm thinking of having a "Fantastic Voyage" Plot in a future episode, along with either Steph (or another student/teacher/Nightmare) falling into a Convenient Coma for the duration of the episode and Yumeko using the mirror to set things right again.

Cyrus can set up an announcement to let the public know of the mirror. So the first "Fantastic Voyage" Plot episode will be with Steph, and the second one will be with a random student or teacher.

I'm a little confused on how exactly one enters Yumeko's Magic Mirror, since it's apparently small and can fit into a book iirc.

Yes, the mirror acts as a vacuum cleaner, although you don't even need to touch the mirror to activate it (it's activated by thought) Although in one case, it ripples like a puddle...
