Welcome to HGS: Another Side Another Story. It is a roleplay spinoff for the Hunger Games Simulator forum game, akin to both the RP's in the Roleplaying section as well as the ITTs in Forum Games. It tells the story of the Hunger Games in the Arena of Panem, the nominators who sent the tributes, the tributes themselves both in and out of the Arena or even other people relevant to the Games. In addition, it also tells their stories beyond the Arena.
You can jump right in with any character, like your nominator self, your tributes, etc. The structure of this RP will be open-world. Don't worry about not being skilled/experienced enough or being new to RP'ing. Finally, ASAS accepts any skill level or RP style. Other than these, there are some important rules to note, which are:
- No godmodding will be allowed or tolerated here. The offending player will be given punishment depending on the severity.
- Please communicate anything important you plan on another player with the said player first. Don't just execute it without their consent.
- Don't be rude to other players, both out and in-universe. This extends to RP offenses like railroading, guilt-tripping, coercing, or other forms of forcing them.
- This RP is related to the Hunger Games Simulation:Beyond the Possibilities forum game. Thus it will have events based from that game, including the tributes. This means if you want to RP as tributes, please nominate them officially on the thread first, with misses not being counted. This has to be done after an incident with a player who hasn't joined the game itself yet.
- Since this RP is Loose Canon in relation to the main HGS thread, the host's interpretation of events isn't necessarily 100% canon. Every player has the right to deviate from what the host says and go with their own interpretations. If multiple players have their tributes involved in the same event(s), please communicate with each other so that you're on the same page regarding how you see them.
- This RP chronicles the lives of the nominators and their tributes behind the scenes. While dark plots are acceptable, the overall tone of the RP should be light-hearted and comedic. This RP is not a Cosmic Horror Story or action story about defeating evil. It is a Slice of Life comedy with some adventure to it, first and foremost. Our previous RP, Convergence, is not representative of the intended tone, and the grimdark tone of that RP is one of the main reasons it was retooled.
- Nominators and tributes alike can transform into Pokemon whenever they enter a Pokemon Mystery Dungeon World (but they can bypass this with certain items/methods or shapeshifting) or via other means outside it such as a season event, Transformation Trinkets, or shapeshifting. The players are free to choose the Pokéforms that best suit their characters and even give them color schemes outside the standard and Shiny colors, but there is a hard rule for this. If you want your character's Pokéform to be a Legendary, Mythical, or Ultra Beast, please ask the RP mods for approval. Outside the Arena, these Pokéforms are still OP, but we want to give leeway for tributes who theoretically can have them such as deities.

Detective Gamechanger's Base
A sharp-dressed man in a green suit and yellow tie is standing by the entrance of the base. He is of average height and has whitish skin, though still a bit darker. He is Billy, one of the nominators and the organizer of the party.
Indeed, after the nominators' returned and settled their problems, they decide to have fun with a party. Billy also sent invites for all the other nominators out there, as well as basically anyone else, including tributes, non associated parties, interested nominators who haven't participate yet, or even those who just wants to hang out.
The place itself in the base is refurbished for party purposes. Fancy chairs and tables are set everywhere for people to relax, as well as put food and other objects for the latter. There's also various collections showcased, including those belonging to the Detective, like his classic cars. Various themes to the base are set too, including detective noir as GC would have preferred.
Billy is now awaiting for other guests to arrive. He is also ready to give them a pleasant surprise during the party pertaining to his nation.

By this point, everyone started to cheer for Lucian and Oscar as they kept dancing around in a cartoony way.
Towards the end of the song, however, Lucian made a mistake and bounced a little too far. The Lycanroc-like ball jumped away from Oscar and ended up colliding with Aaron. The Lucario fell on the dancefloor with a small cry of surprise.
"Uh? Oh no, Aaron!!" Lucian exclaimed, immediately popping back to normal, worried that Aaron was hurt. Fortunately, the Lucario was just fine.
"H-Hey it's okay, Lucian! I'm not hurt!" Aaron said, smiling at his brother with a reassuring smile. Lucian sighed in relief as Aaron gently rubbed his friend's back.
"Wow... Kiki, Lulu, that was incredible!" Alex exclaimed, he, Tokage, and the FBW gathering around them.

Haze chuckled at the mention of resignation letters Yeah, I didn't really get any resignation letters. Not that I blame my previous staff any, as they likely left for… somewhere where they can actually work with a boss who hasn't fell asleep for god knows how long, y'know? The museum has memorialized them with random plaques and stuff all over the place, so at least people who came around while I was sleeping know them if they happen to come around.
Haze ran off into the kitchen to direct 6K2's attention to a plaque that "honored" the previous Museum chef, Chefinoff. And by that, it said "Former Resident: Chefinoff, who hated this museum and everyone in it".
Yeah, I'm not sure why it says that, either, but it sure is funny!

(Oscar momentarily gets extremely worried when Lucian slips away from him and hits Aaron, causing June to also squeak in surprise, but luckily neither Lucian or Aaron are hurt at all.)
Yeah, that was amazin', you two! (June says as the others gather around.) You guys looked like you were both havin' so much fun!
If that is what being in that universe is like, color me very curious about it now. (Phoebe says.)
You know, that WAS really fun, yes. (Oscar says, looking back at his tail for a moment and helping Lucian back up to his feet if Lucian needs it.) That was a very catchy song, too.
Yeah, July and the Shels killed it! (August says, looking to July and the Shels as they come back down.)

Bale watched with satisfaction as Ruby and Sapphire overwhelmed the Mold Undead and induced thermal shock on it with their powers at full intensity, after nearly exhausting themselves the attack was successful and the creature melted into a lifeless puddle.
Ruby: Now that's waste disposal for ya.
Sapphire Now let's free Amethyst and Pearl.
As they rushed there, Lucina ran off without warning to interfere in Rouki's and Zetsu's fight as both fighters were evenly matched and neither held the advantage over the other for the moment.
Zetsu: Your technique is atrocious, you fight with such mindless brutality.
Rouki: Don't you underestimate me, Zettonian.
Soon he had to watch out for a spear attack aimed at Zetsu, who got a bit nicked by it but was fine otherwise.
Lucina: You won't escape this time.
Rouki: You again, stay out of this.
He knocked her away with a backhanded punch to her gut, annoyed at her interference, before attempting to resume his fight as he kept up the offensive against Zetsu. As the two brawled, Lucina recovered as the blow had taken a lot of wind out of her.
Lucina: We cannot let Zetsu escape this time.
Bale: You're right, we must corner him now.
He and the rest then joined in to fight Zetsu alongside Rouki, who grew ever madder at their interference. As Zetsu was close to defeat, all the fighters were blown away by a trio of attacks, these were Gamerugin and two new monsters accompanying it: Arnagaruge
◊ and Mantis Beastman
◊ who fought the group together in an attempt to overwhelm them, as Pythor, Vexus and Bluebird appeared before taking Zetsu to safety and disappearing with their monsters, after the others were distracted enough, retreating to safety. Rouki was livid over this and prepared to attack.
Rouki: YOU!

"Oh, hmm... Thanks." Lucian said, a bit bashful, before slowly getting up with Oscar's help.
"And yeah... That was fun. I never thought I'd have that much fun while dancing. And that was a great song." he said.
"Oh indeed. That was marvelous to hear. My dearest congratulations to you three." James said, bowing to July and the Shels.
"Looks like we were right to come here, heh?" Alex said.
"Yeah." Aaron agreed.

6k2 follows Haze to the kitchen and examines the "memorial" for Chefinoff.
"Ah yes... I still remember him," she says. "Hopefully your former crew are happy with their new jobs elsewhere, wherever they are."
She also hears the announcement on her phone about the podium predicament. The Gamemakers have declared Anago as the rightful 3rd Placer last season, but now that they're allowed to have a flexible number of tributes in a season, they're considering making Captain Nemo an "honorable mention" in S294's Battle Royale if his nominator doesn't get any Podium Finishers this qualifying period.
"Not sure of what to think of this..." she tells Haze, "but you were there when Two-Faced got disqualified in favor of Queen Mother V in S94 under similar circumstances... weren't you?"
6k2 remembers when Haze tried but failed to break into the Library around that time while she was out training in Kendor, so he may or may not recall that placement-breaking moment.

Yeah… if I remember correctly, my tributes were MC King Kong Mushi and 1st Prize, yeah? If it's the season I'm thinking of, then yeah, I remember that victory. I wonder if I'll ever get a victory like that. I feel like it would be less common nowadays, with all of the new upgrades for the arena… but it's still funny to think about.

Monkey Buccaneer was still searching. It hadn't given up just yet, even though now it's been over a day and a half since it last saw Monkey Sub. As it was about to stop for the night, it spotted a spooky mansion.
"Surely Sub wouldn't have stumbled upon there," Monkey Buccaneer told itself. Then again, it couldn't know for sure unless it checked. It got out of its boat, traveled to the mansion, and peaked through the door.
"Surely not," Monkey Buccaneer repeated to itself. "Lest..."
If Monkey Sub was in there, Monkey Buccaneer didn't just want to leave it behind. It didn't want to take any chances. With its bow ready in its hands, it entered the mansion.
As Monkey Buccaneer searched the rooms, it saw the place was more broken down than it looked from the outside. The place was quiet and empty too, with no evidence of life other than Monkey Buccaneer itself. Monkey Buccaneer secretly hoped that it could have something, anything to confirm that Monkey Sub was here.
Just then, Monkey Buccaneer started to notice ghostly green mist.
It wasn't alone, and that mist wasn't coming from Monkey Sub. It knew exactly who was causing it. It aimed its bow and looked around, trying to find the culprit. Not seeing anything, it turned around, and that's where it saw a giant black, purple, and green blimp.
"Gravelord Lych!" Monkey Buccaneer shouted out. "Should have known there would be Bloons around here!"
Monkey Buccaneer shot arrows at Gravelord Lych, but it barely dealt any damage. Not knowing what else to do, Monkey Buccaneer fled.
It was trying to go back to the exit, but since it didn't remember the complete layout of the mansion, it soon ran into a dead end. Gravelord Lych followed closely behind, and now that Monkey Buccaneer was cornered, it caught up to it.
Trembling, Monkey Buccaneer dropped its bow. There was nothing it could do that would save it.
Team Fruit Salad's Pit
Letooce and Strawbrey were disappointed about Monkey Buccaneer's outcome, but not surprised.
"I got an idea! How about we nominate Jester and Melodii next? They're both non-binary and would totally fit for Pride Month!" Strawbrey proposed to Letooce.
"Oh yeah, Pride Month! Sure."
"Or you could just nominate me again!" Iscream shouted from the couch.
"Not yet! It's still too early!"
Iscream groaned. Strawbrey data cloned those tributes, and Team Fruit Salad resumed working.

"Intriguing," said Nine-Tailed Cat. "We'll have to compare methods some time. I admit my approach is resource-intensive, but the longevity and accuracy of the clones speak for themselves, as well as the ability to prepare several in advance."
He went over the lines of cloning chambers, pointing out a set that contained numerous copies of five specific individuals: A well-armoured human woman; a human man in a futuristic uniform; a white-furred lombax with a cybernetic right arm; a red-furred wolf with large square glasses; and a pink cat with a futuristic eyepiece.
"Behold," he said. "Entire combat squads, ready to be deployed at my command. Granted, that's a secondary function at this point. I more often use it for preparing tributes in advance. For instance..."
He pushed a button on two of the tanks, and one copy each of the cat and wolf emerged, Wispons at the ready.
"Rookies, your assignment is to be Season 281's tributes. Report to the Arena and await further orders."
The cat and wolf silently saluted and set off for the Arena.
"Anyway," he continued, "the clone squads are my contingency plan. I'd prefer not to get involved in any large-scale conflicts, but if necessary, they will be ready to fend off aggressors, especially synthetic ones."
I like cute things. You gotta deal with it.

"Right..." says 6k2, "I wasn't able to participate in the last Battle Royale because of that, but I hope I get a Podium Finisher now that the qualifying period has been extended! And speaking of which, the Death Battle is just next season, and all I have is Tina Goldstein, but hopefully one of my Gem fusions will join her there!"

"Well. That's kind of cozzy." Nick said, looking at the interior.
"I just hope they got enough tables for us." Arthur said.
"Ah... yes. That would be quite unfortunate." James said, rubbing the back of his head.
"Then let's start by finding a place to seat. We'll order our things afterward." Aaron suggested.

As soon as the horn sounds, the Topaz Fusion breaks her silence and tells Gabriel, "Have fun and don't die!" He gets worried about it as he and Topaz then leave the Cornucopia, while the Giant Ruby laughs at Rose.
"You remind me of that pink Quartz Gem! Uh... what was her name again? Radically Obvious Super Enemy? Yeah, that one!"
She likewise leaves the Cornucopia, only to run into Michelle, who braggingly asks her who's going to beat her at the end.
The Ruby Fusion laughs. "After you ran away from Taii and screamed for 'mommy'? Everyone else here, of course, including MEEEEE!"
Meanwhile, Topaz teams up with Shrimply, Missy, and Vivian to kill Raj, and the elite Fusion summons her pugil mace and swings it into his face for the final blow. She then poses with the others while Hitman cheers for them.

Sweet Cap'n Cakes wave goodbye to their guests and continue jamming along as they see them off.
Several patrons from Card Kingdom and Cyber World are chattering about their day in Color Café, some of them watching the season on the overhead TV, which was installed not too long after the Cyber citizens moved in. Swatch sees the Pokémon enter the café and bows to them from behind the counter.
"Good noon, beloved guests," he says. "Please, relax and enjoy yourselves... It has been a slow day today, so we have enough tables for all of you. What shall be your seating arrangement?"
A Swatchling in a red tuxedo approaches them and asks, "May I take your orders while you arrange for the table reservations? We serve Butler Juice, which changes color depending on its temperature, and SpaghettiCode, whose serving size is big enough for three people."
"Not only that," says Swatch, "we also have herbal tea brewed with Seeds imported from your worlds thanks to our successful trade relations with Ms. Cam. Additionally, the Addisons are still sponsoring us with their Own-Flavored Tea."
"Similar to the Butler Juice, its flavor and healing strength changes depending on your relationship with the person on the label. The closer you are to them, the stronger it'll be, and the taste reflects a certain aspect of them, which is different for each drinker."
The Swatchling shows the names on the menu: besides Kris, Susie, Ralsei, and Noelle Tea, there's also tea of the Pokémon guests and some of the nominators.

"Ah, greetings, gentlemen." James said to Swatch and the Swatchling.
"I think we'll share a table with Phoebe and the Bugtrio. What about the rest of you guys?" Nick asked.
"I and June are staying near Oscar and Lucian." Aaron said.
"While I and Tok will stay with July and Auggy!" Alex added.
"We can be with your sister and Aaron if you want to." Tokage said to August and July.
The Swatchling then told the group about the food and drinks that they could get here.
"Holy crap-big enough for THREE PEOPLE?? We're definitely taking the SpaghettiCode!!" Alex exclaimed, the fire on his tail growing bigger for a moment out of excitement. Tokage groaned.
"And that Butler Juice can change colors according to the temperature? That's new. I think I'll take one." Nick said.
"Same thing. James?" Arthur asked.
"I suppose a Cheri Berry tea will do just fine for me, but... I believe I am willing to try this curious drink." James said.
"A Own-Flavored Tea? That's... interesting." Aaron said, curious.
"I... I think I'll try it. I'll take a June-Flavored Tea please." the Lucario said.
"Daring, aren't we?" Tokage jokingly said, causing Aaron to blush a bit.
"You know what? I'll take an August tea with the Spaghetti thing." Alex said.
"I'll take a July one." Tokage added.
"I think I'll take a Oscar-Flavored Tea. But I wonder... How did they get our names on those teas already?" Lucian said.
"Ralsei, I reckon." Arthur guessed with a shrug.
"If that's true, that's really kind of him. I hope we'll be able to pay him back for everything he's done for us." Aaron said.

Platinum: (Sees Steve Bailmer killing all the Tailses, Bridget, Pony Head, and Kana) Nooooooooo!
Platinum: Also, Pythor met all the foxes before? I don't like this...😡

The Chief Issue
Furious at his fight being interrupted, Rouki attacked, now eager to vent his frustrations on those who'd messed everything up.
Rouki: You will pay for getting in my way!
As he fought, he went first against Lucina, trying to slash at her with his blade.
Lucina: Stop this, Meta Knight, I know you're still yourself beneath that aspect.
Bale: Lucina, now's not the time!
Just then Rouki got wrapped up by Amethyst's whip.
Amethyst: The other guy got away, but you are not doing so this time!
Rouki: Get this off me!
He saw no choice but to summon his Demon Beasts for a quick escape but as soon as he managed to break free and try to summon and use his weapon, it was knocked away from his hands by the other Gems.
Pearl: We won't let you use that again.
Rouki: No way, grraahh.
Bale then approached.
Bale: We'll get you back to normal, I promise.
However as soon as they prepared to go back, they were ambushed by gunshots, as Villamax showed up with Noir to save their teammate.
Villamax: Are you in trouble, Rouki? It seems that way.
Noir: Oh dear, we meet again.
Both then revealed Bucrates was with them.
Bucrates: It has been amusing to see you all struggle, but now hand him over or worse shall come to you.
Bale: Wait, you're the one behind this. Bucrates? That's your name right?
Bucrates: Precisely, but I am not here for fun conversations, just surrender Rouki and all else will be forgiven.
Lucina: Never, I have no idea what you've done to him.
Bucrates: If that's how it is then...
Villamax: Be aware you were warned.
The groups then readied to fight each other, as Rouki kept breaking free and went on to retrieve his weapon. Meanwhile, with Dark Bale Pythor came back victorious and satisfied at his latest achievement: Saving Zetsu from his reckless would-be death. Dark Bale watched with dissatisfaction at this latest mess up, while trying his best to hide some painful coughing he was having.
Zetsu: My lord, I can explain-
Dark Bale: I've seen enough, so your rescuers get the last word here.
Pythor: Why thank you, master. So... Seems like Mr. Zetsu here failed again, but do not worry his latest monster did give Bale trouble but not to those gem thingies.
Vexus: We could, y'know receive some gratification for being able to fend off that idiot and his bunch of loser followers.
Bluebird: Or better yet, get his position and its benefits. We want to pulverize those gems ourselves, personally now!
Zetsu: This nonsense you speak of won't be allowed! I am in a higher position than you!
Dark Bale: They speak no nonsense, Zetsu, it appears this plan of yours was almost successful, but it failed again like all your others because you didn't account for something simple. Now they won't get a promotion for a simple escort, but they will get freed of their next failure's consequences; as for you, you got one last chance to perform a scheme that can impress me or else it's over for you.
Pythor: We can work with that.
Vexus: It's a lame reward but meh.
Mr. Mind: Be careful, Zettonian, don't let your arrogance and lack of research get the best of you next time.
Zetsu: Why you?!
The other villains at Dark Bale's base mocked him for his amateur failures.
Zahab: For all this talk now you're even lower than low, heh.
Brajira: A clear-cut embarrassment, it could make me feel shame from afar.
Grandienne: Your insolent idiocy is amusing!
Great Leader: We await your demise in your next endeavor.
Shuten somewhat came to his defense, albeit only for one small reason.
Shuten: You did expose a certain leader, do you recognize him, Zahab?
Zahab: That old geezer, Bucrates, so he's behind Rouki's return, this time I will personally end his life!
Dark Bale then retreated to his sanctum, while Pythor thought of his takeover as he went to his own personal quarters to check up on his developments before communicating with his world's Overlord who he now kept inside a containment orb.
Overlord: It took you too long, Pythor, how is your project coming along?
Pythor: Excellent, but now that Serpentera is almost complete, we must find a way to be rid of Dark Bale, and I've found it. With the Genetic Modifier that Zetsu had, I can rework him and that one-eyed freak into a monster so they can scout out Bale's threat and then die.
Overlord: And what about the other, idiotic version of me and Skales?
Pythor: A little greeting won't hurt, and a bit of relaxation before my next project won't, either.
Overlord: Hmmm, I expect you to be right.
Pythor: Now stay here and wait for my return, old chum.
As he finished, he left the place to reach the others' invitation.

(The season starts.)
(Dinah does not have a great run. Although she manages to receive a shield after besting a Wabbit in a Pokémon battle, she ends up getting whack unconscious by Chloe and then sliced clean in half by the Wolf Rookie.)
OH DEEEEEEEAR!! (Dinah exclaims as she feels herself splitting in two.)
(Of course, the VR chamber turns off and Dinah is just fine.)
...Oh, this wasn't worth it at all. I should have declined to even participate. (Dinah says, shaking her head.)
(Meanwhile, the dinos collectively agree to sneak into Ayano's camp by (somewhat inexplicably) morphing into chairs and being brought into her camp. She instead decides to pitch them off a cliff instead, causing them to smash into pieces and the VR chamber cutting off.)
(Nina hears the dinos start crooning "Going Down the Road Feeling Bad" from within their chamber.)
Well, nuts, seems like we're still not having any luck lately. (She shrugs.)
Castle Town
(Lyric joins the Rescue Teams and Phoebe at their table.)
"Own-Flavored Tea"? (July repeats.) I-I'm sorry, but that just makes me think of tea that tastes like the other person.
(June giggles.) Aw, July, it's not like THAT. That's just silly! It sounds like it's...just s'posed to remind us about how close we are t' whoever it's based on, with...a bit 'a magic mixed in, I reckon. (She turns to the Swatchling.) Guess I'd be remiss if I didn't get th' Aaron-flavored tea!
(Oscar nods.) Um...the Lucian-flavored tea, please. (He says.)
Well, Alex, if you're gonna get the Me Tea, I'll get the You Tea! (August laughs.) I kinda wonder what this "Spaghetti Code" stuff's gonna look like.
(July is still a bit confused by the concept of the Own-Flavored Tea, but...when in Rome, she figures.) The... (Her eyes land on Tokage.) ...the Tokage Tea, I suppose.
I'll just take a Cheri tea, too. (Tenn says at the other table.)
Perhaps I shall try this Butler Juice myself. It sounds intriguing! (Henry says.)
(Shelley wonders something.) Um...I'll get a Shelby tea...and a Tenn tea.
Oh? What are you planning, Shel? (Tenn asks Shelley, curious. Shelby also looks in Shelley's direction, wondering what she's going on.)
I...just wanted to test something out. (Shelley says.)
Goodness, I am not sure what to get. (Phoebe says, looking at the menu.) I'm not sure if I am close enough to you all for these different teas to have any sort of affect on me...
Eh, sure you are, Phoebe. (Lyric says.) I consider you a good friend. You helped me get rid of Dark Stanford's bracer, after all.
Hmm... (Phoebe mutters, looking at the listing for the Lyric-flavored tea.) If you say so, dear. The Lyric-flavored tea for me.
Heh, I'll get the Phoebe-flavored tea in that case. (Lyric says.)
(Shelby realizes she still needs to order something.) Oh, right. The Shelley-flavored tea for me.
"Lucian, don’t be afraid, we’ll make it through this."
The Fourth-Placers' Revenge
The Arena, Season 281
The wolf rookie emerged from cryonic suspension alongside Oxnard to see his cat counterpart already off and running. Not long later, the two were caught up in the Battle of the Vending Machine - after Saruman smashed the machine's entire food stocks and Thanatos gobbled up all the free samples from shops nearby, meals became harder to come by. The pink cat tried to steal from a pretzel stand, but was caught and shooed away. Meanwhile, the red wolf got into a skirmish with Lt. Surge, where he knocked away the latter's healing soda with a well-aimed Wispon blast. Thankfully, Midori was able to calm the chaos by providing everyone with cheese, and soon all the fighters disengaged to eat.
Come the night, the wolf rookie attempted to protect his possessions by putting them in a locked and trapped chest. However, his trapmaking skills weren't up to snuff, as all the world's foxes managed to bypass the trap, pick the lock, and steal his loot. His cat counterpart had better luck, instead encountering a floating pizza that teleported her right back to the Cornucopia. She gathered up what rings and other goodies she could before running away from it again.
The following day, the wolf rookie had a run-in with Dinah. Frightened, he pulled out an ice sword he'd found in the cryonic storage unit and struck a super-effective blow against her, taking her right out of the game. Meanwhile, the cat rookie decided to test a weapon she'd found on her second Cornucopia visit, which ended up turning Benjamin into a candle for a bit. The two then went on to put their names in for the "Rookiest Rookie in the Rookieverse" competition, but somehow the Thirteenth Doctor managed to beat out both of them.
On the second night, the wolf rookie was still recovering from his fight with Dinah and had to get some bed rest. Yamazaki was in a similar state, but V2, who had been staking out his camp earlier, decided to load his bed onto a tractor so he could go outside. As they passed the rookie's camp, they decided to take his bed along as well. Across the arena, his feline counterpart teamed up with Chloe and Elderly Zeku to explore an art-style factory, and the lot of them ended up pixellated for their trouble.
Come Day Three, the cat rookie stumbled upon a strange stone that transformed her already-pixellated form into Primal Cat Rookie. Meanwhile, Sadie Adler cornered the wolf rookie and forced him to down some Sweet Dreams Fuel. At least his third night would hopefully be more relaxing...
NTC's Lab
Nine-Tailed Cat nodded to Miss Ball. "That would be a good idea," he said. "Admittedly, I don't know that much about what we might be up against, but I've done my best with the information I had. I expect Stanford would have better countermeasures in mind."
At this point, his communicator beeped. He checked it to find a message waiting for him.
SandyBeech: I got something, boss! Can't say what it is yet, but I'll bring it back to the lab as soon as I can!
"Ah, it seems Cassandra's efforts have paid off," he said. He then furrowed his brow. "And she had to inform me through text rather than a call. That takes some of the drama out of it.
"Anyway," he continued, turning his attention back to Miss Ball, "if Stanford does know of anyone who could exploit his counterpart's weaknesses, or those of Raven Beak, I'd definitely recommend cloning them. If he doesn't... Well, best hope the ones I've chosen are good enough."
I like cute things. You gotta deal with it.

(By this point, Oscar just rolls with Lucian’s transformation and gently bounces his friend back and forth between his feet and his hands as he bounces on the end of his tail.)
(July nearly stops singing upon seeing Oscar and Lucian, while Shelley does briefly stop for a second before quickly jumping back in. Shelby is so into the song she doesn’t seem to notice.)
(Meanwhile, June just laughs and cheers for the two.) Haha! Go, guys, go!!
Yeah, you guys rock! (August adds.)
Incredible! Perhaps we should visit Bugs’ world for ourselves one day. (Henry says, shocked and slightly impressed.)
Yeah, maybe so. (Tenn says once the shock has worn off.)
This world, it sounds incredible if that is what being there allows one to do. (Phoebe says.)
