Welcome to HGS: Another Side Another Story. It is a roleplay spinoff for the Hunger Games Simulator forum game, akin to both the RP's in the Roleplaying section as well as the ITTs in Forum Games. It tells the story of the Hunger Games in the Arena of Panem, the nominators who sent the tributes, the tributes themselves both in and out of the Arena or even other people relevant to the Games. In addition, it also tells their stories beyond the Arena.
You can jump right in with any character, like your nominator self, your tributes, etc. The structure of this RP will be open-world. Don't worry about not being skilled/experienced enough or being new to RP'ing. Finally, ASAS accepts any skill level or RP style. Other than these, there are some important rules to note, which are:
- No godmodding will be allowed or tolerated here. The offending player will be given punishment depending on the severity.
- Please communicate anything important you plan on another player with the said player first. Don't just execute it without their consent.
- Don't be rude to other players, both out and in-universe. This extends to RP offenses like railroading, guilt-tripping, coercing, or other forms of forcing them.
- This RP is related to the Hunger Games Simulation:Beyond the Possibilities forum game. Thus it will have events based from that game, including the tributes. This means if you want to RP as tributes, please nominate them officially on the thread first, with misses not being counted. This has to be done after an incident with a player who hasn't joined the game itself yet.
- Since this RP is Loose Canon in relation to the main HGS thread, the host's interpretation of events isn't necessarily 100% canon. Every player has the right to deviate from what the host says and go with their own interpretations. If multiple players have their tributes involved in the same event(s), please communicate with each other so that you're on the same page regarding how you see them.
- This RP chronicles the lives of the nominators and their tributes behind the scenes. While dark plots are acceptable, the overall tone of the RP should be light-hearted and comedic. This RP is not a Cosmic Horror Story or action story about defeating evil. It is a Slice of Life comedy with some adventure to it, first and foremost. Our previous RP, Convergence, is not representative of the intended tone, and the grimdark tone of that RP is one of the main reasons it was retooled.
- Nominators and tributes alike can transform into Pokemon whenever they enter a Pokemon Mystery Dungeon World (but they can bypass this with certain items/methods or shapeshifting) or via other means outside it such as a season event, Transformation Trinkets, or shapeshifting. The players are free to choose the Pokéforms that best suit their characters and even give them color schemes outside the standard and Shiny colors, but there is a hard rule for this. If you want your character's Pokéform to be a Legendary, Mythical, or Ultra Beast, please ask the RP mods for approval. Outside the Arena, these Pokéforms are still OP, but we want to give leeway for tributes who theoretically can have them such as deities.

Detective Gamechanger's Base
A sharp-dressed man in a green suit and yellow tie is standing by the entrance of the base. He is of average height and has whitish skin, though still a bit darker. He is Billy, one of the nominators and the organizer of the party.
Indeed, after the nominators' returned and settled their problems, they decide to have fun with a party. Billy also sent invites for all the other nominators out there, as well as basically anyone else, including tributes, non associated parties, interested nominators who haven't participate yet, or even those who just wants to hang out.
The place itself in the base is refurbished for party purposes. Fancy chairs and tables are set everywhere for people to relax, as well as put food and other objects for the latter. There's also various collections showcased, including those belonging to the Detective, like his classic cars. Various themes to the base are set too, including detective noir as GC would have preferred.
Billy is now awaiting for other guests to arrive. He is also ready to give them a pleasant surprise during the party pertaining to his nation.

Eye-Sicle's Lair
Power gasps and shivers as she's petted not just by Ichi, but by Aaron as well.
I-Is this what Ralsei feels whenever Kris hugs him? she thinks.
Ralsei looks at his two friends comforting her and blushes, reminded of that time when Kris hugged him for a photo after the swan boat ride.
I dunno how Kris would react if I tell them about this when I go home... he thinks.
Meanwhile, Swapper gets up and tries rubbing the paint off his eyes with his legs, but it doesn't come off. Power then slowly calms down and thanks Ichi and Aaron for comforting her.
"I-I'd try to use my Stand again and see if I can remove the paint..." she says, "but time's running out..."
Ralsei gets up and sighs as he trudges towards Power, his hooves making metal thumps on the floor.
"So I guess this means we'll have to take this mission like this."
"R-Really? But your armor's too heavy for you!"
"I know, but you can teach me how to use it and your magic while I'll teach you how to use my magic! I need the additional defense, and at least I won't have to use your Stand because it's linked to your soul."
"Oh, so it goes with me no matter whose body I swap with! So at least I still have some of my powers in this form."
"And I'm pretty sure Aaron can teach you how to walk like me! But anyway,—" Ralsei holds out his hoof, "—is this a deal, Power?"
She smiles and shakes her free hand with him. "If this means bonding with you some more, then it's a deal!"
Stitch then goes to the two and flexes his bicep at Ralsei. "And me train you to be stronger!"
He picks up the helmet, puts it on his back, and does some pushups with it. While Ralsei watches him, Power looks Ichi in the eye.
"I know this sounds crazy... but don't worry about us, for we'll do our best finish this mission and return to our own bodies before the Nom Games. We're strong, so there's no backing out for us, alright?"
She lets go of Aaron's paw and quickly hugs Ichi. It still feels strange for her to do this in this form, but she doesn't let go.
The Arena
As soon as the horn sounds, Data Eyeball pulls her dagger out of her gemstone, which is where her other eye would be, scaring Sora, while Doc gets off her podium to fight Dimitri and Marianne. During the battle, their blood splashes on Doc's visor, and they run away while she wipes it off it. She swears she saw a horrifying image of Juliette in the blood, so she rushes to a psychologist for help. They tell her that "cursed" Juliette isn't real and that she can't hurt her, but the real Juliette, with a disfigured face, suddenly shows up at the appointment, scaring her away.
Meanwhile, Eyeball rushes towards Rolento to fight him, but he puts her in a torture device as punishment for her crimes. However, she survives, and it reinforces her will to keep fighting. She goes up against the Auditor in a beam struggle, and she musters all her strength to overpower it.
"Grr... that Steven... he should've felt the PAIN that shadow being felt!"
She lets off some steam the next day by declaring to Riza that she'll soak herself in lava for as long as she needs.
"What? It's the closest I can find to my Diamond's sauna back in Homeworld, and it's an ice bath for me!"
Flashback: Outside the Science Center, S190
While the last season was ongoing and 6k1 was testing the disguise revealer on "Ben", "Twilight" discussed with the guards about her plans for a lab tour in addition to volunteering as test subject for 6k1's experiment. "Spike", however, was fidgeting around and watching the season to distract "himself". "He" thought of messing with the tributes, but "Twilight" shot a glare at "him" and "he" quickly stood at attention to the guards.
"Uh... yeah! I'd also like to volunteer as test subject!" "he" says. "Anything for my sister, sirs!"
The guards rubbed their chins as they examined them again.
"We shall call the Secretary of the Tribute Research Department to ask if he can still make reservations for you."
"We are running on a tight schedule, so if you two are approved for registration, then you must line up with the other test subjects for the experiment."
"We are sorry to say this, Ms. Sparkle, but a tour around the Science Center is not possible."
"Twilight" sighed, for she wanted to make the most out of the "tour", but she didn't object. "I understand, sirs. I thought that we could see your other facilities while waiting for our turn."
"I'd love to try the Testing Chamber, though!" says "Spike".
"You'll get your chance if we're approved!"
She gently patted "Spike" on the head. One of the guards got his phone to make the arrangements while the other continued observing them.
Ms. Sparkle had a good purpose of travel, Hubert thought, but there might to be more to it than just a simple research trip, while Spike looks restless and a bit too... eager to participate. Is something up with him, and if so, what about Twilight? We will need to do a thorough inspection if they're approved...
"Rarity, are you okay? We gotta get you and your friends outta here soon!"
SEGA!Sylveon: (Holding her bloody mace) Grr... what are you doing with that lootbox, stupid human... AHHHH! (Bludgeoned to death)
(Meanwhile, Rolento mysteriously disappears while cryptid hunting)
CAC: Hopefully that Sylveon wasn't naturally that brutal.
CAC: (Good thing Rolento is dead, though. One more dead villain)

Season 191
(Not having any idea what to do, Wenda attempts to do a complicated series of movements that she was told would give her every item in the Cornucopia, feeling it would help her last longer. However, things go wrong.)
Wait, n-no, that wasn't the right movement. I think I was supposed to-...wait, OH CRAP-!
WENDA used Explosion! BOOM!!! It's super effective!
(Eye-Sicle does not take losing his hard-earned reserve right out of the gate very well. Tilly and Spyro cover their ears as Eye-Sicle unleashes a string of family unfriendly words.)
Sheesh, hearing my voice use words like those is just...I dunno... (Ball cringes.)
Well, guess we're counting on that green bean casserole, then. (Moosey says.)
(Speaking of which, the now sentient casserole flees from the Cornucopia, whereupon it proceeds to build a very crazy-looking roller coaster and coaxes Lotte into riding it. Understandably, Lotte leaves the ride visibly shaking.)
Man, they should ride the roller coaster at Las Pegasus sometime if they thought THAT was scary. (Ball says.)
(After the casserole loses its bookbag much like the group of CN folks all did a few seasons ago, it helps ITEM escape being imprisoned by leaving its casserole dish, oozing into the lock, and picking it from the inside.)
...Okay, I know how these games work, but still, what am I even looking at here? (Spyro asks.)
Downstairs
Let's just hope she hasn't come across Gnorc or Ripto or anybody else from our world who hates dragons. (Magnus says.) Anyhoo, the rest of you guys gonna be good back here if we go?
Sure hope so. (Kay says.) We'll try not to kill each other while yall are gone.
(Mitzi is trying to figure out Iggy's gadgets, only to yelp when one of them explodes, leaving her with an Ash Face.) YIPE-! Oh no, I broke it!
If, uh, we don't accidentally kill ourselves, first. (Kay adds under her breath.) Mitz, are you okay?
Yeah...Iggy, I'm sooooo sorry, I didn't mean to break it!
I think I should go upstairs to make sure Oscar and Lucian are doing alright and help them if I'm able. (Darnell says. carefully standing up.) Would anyone else like to come up?
I would be happy to join you, Darnell. (Azizi says.) Anyone else?
Upstairs
Yeah... (Oscar says, taking some deep breaths.) Think my chest has stopped hurting at this point. As long as I can keep it that way, we should be golden. I just hope no further disasters happen.
"Lucian, don’t be afraid, we’ll make it through this."
He pats Power's head.
"Well, before ya go, I just wanna ask ya somethin' real quick. How'd you and Ralsei wind up becomin' such close friends? Do you have a lot in common? Do ya think he's cute?"

Eye-Sicle's lair
"No problem. I'll keep an eye on you until you get used to walk on two legs." Aaron reassured Power, letting her go to hug Ichi. He couldn't help but smile at the duo. They were as close as he was to Lucian visibly.
The Lucario frowned in concern when Magnus mentioned potential bad guys that could have try to harm Wanda.
"Are they racist or somethin'? I mean, evolved Koopas like us kinda look like dragons." Roy growled.
"Kinda weird there would be people hating dragons in a world named "Dragon Realms" if ya ask me." Larry added.
"I hope Wanda's fine then..." Alex sighed, his original body being quite close to a dragon's one.
"Don't worry, she will. And we'll find her safe and sound." Aaron reassured.
The Lucario got near the stairs and waited for Power and Ralsei, in case they had trouble climbing it.
"PWAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHA!!! Don't worry that gadget was made to explode! Don't ask why though, I have no idea." Iggy cackled at Mitzi.
"I GUESS WE CAN HELP TOO EVEN IN OUR NEW BODIES." Tokage said to Darnell, taking the "blind dragon"'s claws.
"Yeah. Figured out this would be right thing to do. They both looked shaken up." Alex added with a grin.
"Pokémon staying together huh? Me and the other Koopalings will stay here. We have a prince to catch. Besides, your two friends are going to panic if they are overwhelmed." Ludwig sighed, looking at Bower Jr.
Alex and Tokage then stared in shock as Scipion (and Onox, by proxy) followed them.
"Scipion? Dude you're not going to prank them are you?" Alex asked in worry.
"No. But figure out I might help somehow in case. I would rather watch over the two crybabies than waste my time doing nothing, especially with the Koopa brats. Who knows, maybe they'll want some illusions to have some fun?"
"Oh... I... guess we should be glad you care a bit about them." Alex said, surprised.
"Hey, I don't care about them, alright? They're Aaron and June's babies, not mine. But... after all of the shits they've been through yesterday, I think they might need some help." Scipion snarled.
"CAN YOU EVEN DO DECENT ILLUSIONS IN ANOTHER ZOROARK'S BODY?" Tokage asked.
"No idea. But maybe if I combined my illusions with June's ones, we might be able to do something for them..."
Lucian sighed in relief when Oscar's pain disappeared. That didn't prevent the cuddly Pokémon to rub himself against the "Lycanroc"'s body.
"I hope too... But despite everything, I'm just happy to spend more time with you." he muttered.

And then Power's Stand goes out of control when she tries to use Ralsei's healing spell, spilling paint all over the place, which ends up staining the now-a little-calmer Corrin-in-Azura's-body's dress and Dave's suit, along with Lilo-in-Lizzie's-body's dress.
"Aww, man, my poor suit...."
"Oh gods, looks like that'll have to be cleaned."
"Tell me about it."
Starfall approaches Power-in-Ralsei's-body, and hugs her after she's done hugging with Ichi. It feels.... really weird, but he can try to stomach it.
"Hey, sis, you're going to be alright, okay? I may just be repeating what's already said, but... We'll be here for you, if you need us. That's what friends do, after all. If there's anything, just tell me. I'll try to do my best to help."
Dave, trying to ignore the stain in his suit, smirks fondly, remembering his own reunion with 6k1, before checking on the season.... to find Blofeld dead, killed in a tank crossfire courtesy of Hank.
"And he's out. Good, we don't need a Spectre 2.0 in the Arena. And at least Dimitri and Marianne are still kicking.... for now."
Hope: "Let's go. We'll be together." Lightning: "I only know... that soon, we'll be together."

(The green bean casserole seems to have taken on a rigid wedge shape and is rolling awkwardly around the Arena.)
What did that Torus thing do to the casserole? (Moosey asks.)
Sorta looks like they hypnotized it. (Tilly says.)
I want to ask how that was even possible, but...look at me, I'm a dragon that does magic and stuff. I don't think I have any room to talk. (Ajax says.)
Downstairs
(Yeah, just give us a call if ya need anything.) (Kenny says to Power (with Plessie translating for him again).)
...Oh. (Mitzi says, looking down at the burnt remains of the exploded object. She can't help but let out a small giggle.)
It's quite a long story. (Conan says.) There are few who Gnasty Gnorc doesn't like, and Ripto is actually from another realm not too far removed from ours, called Avalar. We still haven't quite found out what Ripto has against our kind in particular.
Maybe 'cause we make him look so small? (Magnus snarks.)
(Darnell allows Tokage to take his claw as the he, June, and others begin heading up the stairs.)
Ooh, yeah! I bet they'll enjoy that! (June agrees with the suggestion to use illusions to cheer Oscar and Lucian up.)
(She looks over to Scipion.) Y'know, I can't remember if I've seen what sorta illusions y' do anyway. 'Less you count what your other you did at Haze's party, and that was just scary. Still feel really bad for Aaron.
Stanford's Quarters
(Up in Stanford's quarters, Stanford appears to have gotten up and is watering the plants in his front room. He's also singing. In Spanish.)
Verde, amarilla, rosa y morada, estos colores se ven en todo un brije... (Stanford(?) sings. Then he(?) comments (in a voice with an accent considerably thicker than Joaquin's):) Oh, it's marvelous to be able to talk again. I especially missed being able to sing. Ah, the days I would sing with my old friends at the restaurant back home...back HOME home...
(Stanford(?) goes over to a mirror and looks at himself(?).) It sure is strange to not be a cactus after having been one for so long. I should probably tell the others the truth while I'm still physically capable of doing so! Except...I have been this way for years! How will they take me telling them all of this when they know me to be their cactus friend and have thought that the Alebrije Touch merely brought me to life? And what if...they blame me for the Alebrije Touch and don't want to be my friends anymore?
(Sticky retreats into Stanford's bedroom and locks the door.) I'm able to speak for the first time in years and I'm scared out of my mind to do so. Imagínate...

The Arena
After that long lava bath, Data Eyeball spots Doc acting unusual and suspects that she actually shapeshifted into Vigo. She writes her thesis about it and presents it to Doc, and the latter facepalms.
"If I were him, then I would've looked like him before you gave me that!"
Eyeball growls and leaves. She runs into Riza again the next day and kidnaps her, running away from Jesselton when he storms her makeshift base.
"I've always wanted a Pearl of my own, so I shall make you mine!" She flashes a Slasher Smile at Riza as she carries her in her arms like a bride.
Doc also runs into DiMa again, and she cocks her head when they ask her to do "Get Help".
"Um... whatever that is, I'll help you with it!"
They lift her onto their shoulders and ask her to play dead. Doc does as ordered and flops on them with her tongue hanging out. But suddenly, they throw her straight into Zira's face, telling her to "get help" because Doc is "dying".
"AAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!" Doc screams.
Eye-Sicle's Lair
"Didn't we tell you back in my S61 watch party?" Power says to Ichi.
"We've been pen pals ever since my first season under 6k1!" says Ralsei. "And I kept that fanart of me she made that time!"
"But it wasn't until Snow's party that we really started hitting it off!"
"I took care of her when she broke down, and we worked together to survive the train ride!"
"And then I invited him to my watch party so he wouldn't feel lonely in the castle..."
"And we've been going out a bit more often ever since!"
Ralsei smiles at Power. "I never had any friends until Kris and Susie came along, but after they sealed the Eastern Fountain, we Delta Warriors only met during seasons, so you kept me company in the meantime, and it only grew from there.... And while I reunited with them since the Hotland Mission, I still care about you, and I don't wanna forget all the fun times we've had!"
"Awww! And yes, I find you cute like how Ichi finds me cute, too!"
Ralsei blushes again. "Come on, Power, you know I get that a lot from Kris, even if they don't say it!"
Power feels the urge to pet him, but she finds it weird to pet her own body, so she hugs Starfall instead, thanking him for his support.
Oh Celestia, I can't believe I'm now taller than my own bro... she thinks.
Magnus then warns them of Gnasty Gnorc and Ripto. Power and Ralsei nod to him in understanding.
"Well, as much as Spike would love to join us there, this is probably for the best. He came across nasty dragons back in his world, y'know?"
"And Susie kinda looks like a wingless dragon? She looks more like a dinosaur, but I don't think they'd care about the difference!"
"Good thing Melty not here either!" adds Stitch. He then holds the helmet in front of Ralsei. "You remove glasses so you wear this, okie?"
The goat-turned-pony shakes his head. "No thanks... Susie once stole my glasses and made fun of me for them!"
"Ral, she was just playfully teasing you!" says Power. "I got that a lot from my cousins when I was a foal, so I feel ya! But if it'll make you feel better, then why don't we swap glasses? That way, it'll be easier for the others to tell us apart besides our voices!"
He gulps. "Well, if you say so..."
Power carefully removes them, thinking of when Ichi removed his shades and her glasses back in his bunker. As she exchanges glasses with Ralsei, those near her would see that she now has pink eyes instead of brown.

"How do you feel?" she asks him.
Ralsei looks at her clearly with his old glasses, but they fall off. Power's likewise fall off the bridge of her nose.
"Oh, they don't fit..." says Ralsei.
"Sorry about that..." says Power as she changes them back, "but that helmet's specially designed so you can still wear your— I mean my glasses with it!"
"Okie-taka!" says Stitch as he then fits it on Ralsei.
Power then asks Ichi, "Do you still wanna go with us upstairs to see us off?"

Arena
Already furious after Lotte had woken her up, Zira was patrolling the arena when she spotted Dimitri and Marianne. The evil lioness was about to attack them when they instead threw a "dead" Doc at her, asking her to get some help.
Zira stared at the "corpse" dumbfounded and snarled, her claws showing up.
"Who do those idiots think I am? I am going to tear their pathetic little friend apart!" she roared.
Luckily, Zira calmed down a bit and fell for the trick. Instead of getting help though, she simply walked away from Doc.
Eye-Sicle's lair
"Don't remind me of that crazy mummy. I'm not even sure he used illusions back then... The only good thing that guy ever did so far in my book was to help the two crybabies." Scipion snarled at June.
"I'm more of a fighter, but I think I'm rather good with my illusions. Always used them to scare people or ambush them. The only times I used them to distract people was when I was a kid."
Scipion stopped in his tracks, realizing something.
"I remember that my illusions are stronger when I'm in my "mega-form". I figure out you could try to take it to make the experience more real for Oscar and Lucian." he suggested to June.
"Boss? I have a question." Onox asked.
"Yeah?"
"I'm realizing this now but... does anyone with who the cactus guy swapped with?"
"You mean Sticky? Right... We actually don't know at all." Alex realized, frowning.
"STICKY SOUNDS LIKE THEY CANNOT SPEAK. I GUESS WE'LL KNOW WHEN WANDA IS RESCUED... UNLESS WHOEVER SWAPPED WITH THEM WOULD DECIDE TO REVEAL THEMSELVES." Tokage said.
Soon, the group arrived in front of Cleo and Wanda's bedroom. Onox used his small size to peak through the door lock.
"So? How are they?" Alex quietly asked.
"The Thievul's hugging tight the Lycanroc on the bed." Onox reported.
"Aaaaw, that's sweet from Lulu..."
"WHY AM I NOT SURPRISED..." Tokage chuckled.
"Lucian's hugging Oscar, again? Aaron friend's going to accidentally choke yours one day." Scipion sarcastically sighed at June.
The Zoroark smirked, already focusing his powers.
"So? Wanna tell them before our little show or should we surprise them now?" he asked.

Season 191
(After being forced to date someone it doesn't like and playing a very dangerous game of Hangman (at least for Doc), the casserole is miraculously one of the few survivors of a sudden ghost invasion in the Arena.)
That green bean casserole's actually kinda bada-...uh, badbutt. (Moosey says, switching words at the last second because of the kids in the room.)
Downstairs
If we're ready, then let's head up! Let's not keep the others waiting! (Magnus says.)
(He starts leading everybody upstairs to the tribute summoning chamber.)
(In the meantime, Tay is finally starting to wake up.) Ohhh dear, Kay, I just had the strangest nightmare... (He groans.) Everyone had switched bodies and you had turned into one of the Koopalings.
Uh...yeah, babe, I know. You weren't dreamin'. (Kay says.)
(Tay looks up to see "Roy" holding him with one arm and promptly faints dead away again.)
That feller gonna be alright? (Heidi asks as Kay gently lays Tay down on a sofa.)
Oh yeah, this isn't the first time he's fainted. (Kay says.)
So what are we gonna do now? (Mitzi asks.)
(Upstairs, the others will find Cleo and the others waiting. Eye-Sicle is looking over Moosey's shoulder at the current season while Cleo is pacing around anxiously.)
Oh good, you guys are here. (Jared says.) Are we ready to roll?
When we're ready, we can go right through the portal Stanford and the Professor put up over there. (Delbin says, motioning toward the portal on the other side of the room.)
(Meanwhile, Cricket wastes no time before going over to show off to his sister.) Check it out, Til! I'm the biggest, baddest dragon that's ever lived and I'm gonna roast every marshmella in town! (He roars again.)
Man, my throat's probably gonna be raw after this is over. (Magnus asides to Conan.)
That's fine and all, Cricket, but we still gotta explain this to our family... (Tilly says.)
Upstairs (To Tribute Quarters)

"Alright," says Power, "follow me!"
Once the others are ready, she and Ralsei follow them upstairs, with Power walking near Aaron so she can grab onto him in case she trips.
"Actually," Ralsei says to Ichi, "it all started when I went home reeling from Sakura killing and looting my hazmat. I took a long nap, then framed that drawing Power made and wrote to her a thank-you letter for it!"
"I then asked if he was okay and up for a lil' chitchat, and he said yes, so I took several trips to the post office just to talk about a few of our interests!"
"I gave her a magical photocopy of my manual, asking if she liked my drawings in it."
"And you know the answer to that, Ich!" Power smiles.
Meanwhile, Lilo waves to Stitch as he follows the team as well, but she asks around, "Is there an elevator or ramp going up? Because I wanna see him off too and someone has to push me!"
The team then arrives upstairs and stares at the portal in front of them.
"Ooh!" says Stitch. "More Melties up ahead?"
"Yes," says Power, "I wonder if it really is just like the Dragon Lands back home!"
"I'm nervous about it..." says Ralsei, "but we're ready for it!"
His swapped friend then turns to Ichi. "We'll be stepping in soon. Please tell 6k1 what happened to us when you go home. She might be busy as always, but it's still good to update her, anyway. But if she thinks of trying to intervene, just tell her that we'll be okay, for our friends have got it covered."
The Arena
Doc lands on her back after bouncing off Zira's face. She remains still until she doesn't hear her or DiMa anymore and gets up.
"What just happened?" she asks herself, scratching her head. She then shrugs and plays a video game all night to get her mind off this trick, and she somehow beats the final boss without even trying. However, she was so engrossed she doesn't notice the casserole somehow hanging her on a noose and holding her hostage. She looks at it in confusion as it demands a traffic light to play a game of real-life Hangman with it as payment to release her, and she's even more shocked when the traffic light somehow wins and saves her.
"What's even going on here?!"
Doc is still flabbergasted at this, she once again fails to notice the Phantom Tributes attacking. Thinking that one of the Woshuas is a normal one, she goes up to it and asks it to clean the confusion off her, but it forces detergent down her throat. However, she resists it because she's inorganic, so the Phantom Woshua grabs a knife and shoves it up her butt instead. Doc screams as she gets poofed, and the Woshua slashes her gemstone into tiny little pieces.
Unlike her, Data Eyeball slays the Phantoms as they get in her way, hellbent on winning this season.
Flashback: Outside the Science Center, post-S190/pre-S191
After the last season ended, Huxley ended his call and looked at his partner, and then at their guests.
"Okay, you two have been officially registered for the experiment, but we shall give you a pat-down for security purposes. Is that okay, Ms. Sparkle?"
"Yes sir," she said, "and I trust you that you won't harm Spike, either."
Huxley and Hubert inspected her and "Spike", respectively, by passing their hands over their bodies. They both remained still, and Huxley didn't feel anything unusual about "Twilight's" bracelet.
Good thing he didn't press the secret button... Dark 6k1 thought under her disguise.
However, "Spike" swatted away Hubert's hands the moment he touched "his spikes".
"Hey, don't touch my mane!" "he" roared at the guard, but quickly cupped "his" mouth right afterwards.
Hubert and Huxley stood back and glared at them.
"Hold up... did you just say... 'mane'? And why did you sound like a mare?"
"We are sorry to say this, you two, but we must scan your minds next!"

Roy and the other Koopalings (save for Lemmy) either smirked or chuckled when Tay woke up only to faint again, unable to process that his girlfriend ended up in the brute's body.
"Heh. Wonder how many time yar boyfriend's gonna wake up before fainting again." the bully said to Kay.
The Koopalings and Bowser Jr. all looked at each other when Mitzi asked what they were supposed to do next.
"Yeah... Mocking you guys becomes boring after a while." Bowser Jr. said, joining his faithful minions.
"Hmm... Maybe I could play a symphony if there is a piano some-" Ludwig pondered, only for every other Koopalings to shout "NO!" at the same time, causing him to roll his non-existing eyes.
Lilo then requested to go upstairs.
"Bah. Who needs elevators? Someone could very well just carry you up. Larry? Do you want to make yourself useful?" Ludwig asked "Wildvine".
"You bet I wanna!" Larry cackled.
"Then carry Lilo upstairs."
"...Really? That's freaking lame. Bah, whatever, I'm bored anyway." Larry sighed.
"Perfect. And try to be careful. I wouldn't like for that girl's body to be more broken." Ludwig warned.
"Yeah, yeah, boss..."
Using his strength, "Wildvine" carefully lifted "Lizzy" in the air with her wheelchair using his extensive hands before climbing upstairs.
"Oooh... Larry's sure is doing well with this plant body!" Lemmy exclaimed.
"Pfft... I shoulda been in that cool body, not him..." Roy complained.
Tribute Quarters
Lucian's smile widened when Oscar said he felt good with him around. The shy Pokémon watched the ceiling too before looking back at Oscar.
"Maybe? But I'm confident they'll find her. In the meantime, since June must be busy with the other guests and Aaron's gone too, I'll stay with you." he sighed.
Lucian looked at his body again and started to reflect on his adventures with Oscar. How they caught a glimpse of one another back at New Durango. How they properly met at Las Pegasus and how nerve-wracking yet fun the race against Larry was. How they had fun at Lilac's funhouse and the wonderful time they spent at Whispering Pines, and how they braved the odds and went as far as they could on SR388.
Even during the scariest moments, parts of him were just happy that the Thievul was with him every time.
"You're an amazing friend, Oscar. I'm so, so happy to have met with you." Lucian moaned, rubbing himself against "himself" while letting out a cute squeal.
Unknown to the duo, the folks behind the door were still watching, and even Scipion felt a bit heart warmed.
"Oh crap... They're going to make me cry." Alex muttered.
"Nah, you don't need a stone. You just focus your strength, and that's it. Maybe it'll be overwhelming for you at first, but you'll get used to it." Scipion said to June.
The Zoroark nodded at her. He wasn't against giving Lucian and Oscar some thrills, but outright terrifying them was not on his mind.
"I guess I'll let you decide how we're going to surprise them, I'm not used to that kind of stuff." he snarled, ready to follow June as soon as she was ready.
Upstairs
On the way to the portal to the Dragon Realms and after the stairs, the rescue team collided with Skyler again.
"Ah... Are our little friends good to go?" Skyler asked, still wearing their creepy grin.
"More or less." Aaron answered, frowning at the Hisuian Zoroark, causing them to let out a girly giggle.
The group entered the room where Cleo was waiting for them.
"I think we are. I and Starfall are going to watch out for Power and Ralsei. And I'm sure we'll find Wanda." Aaron confirmed, giving them and Cleo the best reassuring look he could.

After witnessing the swap incident and all that it entailed, Bale's team declared their readiness to complete the mission.
Bale: Well, that was strange, but still we got to get going on this rescue. I can tolerate this change but I think Jamie's losing it.

She then asked the crowd.
Amethyst: Is this mission starting now or...?
"Bingo! If two species hate each other, they will wipe each other out on their own."
"Well, you two do have a lot in common. You're both adorable, nerdy, kindhearted, smart, wear glasses, and have issues ya managed to get over. Anywho, don't worry, I'll tell Six everythin'. And Ralsei, hope you don't mind the irony of wearin' armor modeled after a god of war's gear."
CAC: Heh, food won the season again. Funny...

"And we have more in common that we thought?" asks Power. "Heh, I don't think we really noticed that!"
He and Power then see Larry lifting Lilo upstairs, who's holding on tight to her wheelchair. Stitch turns to her and waves.
"Aloha, Lilo! You came here to say goodbye?"
"Yes Stitch, I just wanna wish you good luck in your mission!"
He nods and gives her a thumbs-up. The team then waits for Hans, Mallory, and Starfall to join them upstairs.
Hurry up, bro... Power thinks.
The Database Library, Basement
6k2 laughs out loud at the casserole winning the season, not even mad that Data Eyeball literally stretched herself thin working towards her goal. Then again, she deserved it for all the crimes she committed back in Homeworld and on Beach City. As the traffic light simply mashed her spaghetti form apart long after she transformed, 6k2 didn't need to recall the clone early. So, she has Doc revived as usual and her scientists scout for the real Eyeball so she can be put on trial by the Zircons at Homeworld.
6k2 then assigns another scientist to be on standby in case he's chosen to catch a Pokémon as a reserve tribute. She was about to call Jumba to nominate Shredder when she sees what seems to be Steven's Corrupted form stomp on his podium and roar in pain. She freezes in her seat as memories of Power's Corrupted form in S100 come back to her.
"D-Did something traumatizing happen to him again?!"
But just when she wondered that aloud, her phone rings. She gets it and asks who it is.
"It's me... Steven. Your tribute, remember?"
"Yes, but why is—"
"I know, that's why I'm calling you — to tell you that I gave Eagle's Hawk Corporation permission to data clone my monster form for this coming season."
"Rarity, are you okay? We gotta get you and your friends outta here soon!"
Not an evil Thievul
Season 191/Chamber
(The green bean casserole evidently decided that it could include some sort of protein and tries to get some raw chicken that's around the Cornucopia during the Feast, but gets overpowered by a pair of gingerbread people and has to escape.)
(Then it crosses paths with the Torus again, but this time it doesn't hypnotize the casserole and instead has it take part in a re-enactment of the previous season, with the casserole playing the part of the pizza that won said season.)
Wow, uh, that casserole's actually a pretty good actor. (Jared says.) ...I never thought that would be a sentence I'd say in all seriousness one day.
(Then the season ends.)
...What... (Eye-Sicle says.) Dammit, I wasn't even being serious when I told you guys to nominate the friggin' casserole!!!
(The casserole is summoned directly into the tribute chamber while Wenda is sent straight to the triage (since there's currently no room for her whatsoever in the main chamber).)
Uh, yep, there's your champ, Eye-Sicle. (Jared says.) Kinda funny how it was just acting as the last champ in the Torus' show and now it's this season's champ, huh?
Welp, I'm just gonna...get this casserole out of the way for now... (Moosey says, picking up the casserole and starting to leave with it. Eye-Sicle catches Moosey visibly salivating.)
HEY, COME BACK HERE WITH MY CHAMP!! (Eye-Sicle shouts, squinting one eye tight and aiming his other one at Moosey.) Dammit, forgot I don't have my laser eye right now. How the hell do your powers work, Ball?
(Before Miss Ball can answer, he quickly puts his flippers together...and several dozen beach balls explode from them at once that start bouncing him around willy-nilly and go rolling around the floor.) BALLLLLLLLLLL!!!
Cheese Louise, Eye-Sicle, you did it waaaay too fast! You have to put your flippers together SLOWLY. (Ball tells him.)
(Moosey sits down to devour the casserole and, before attempting to dig in with her bare hands, takes a moment to take in its warmth, its decadent smell, its perfectly golden crust, its...screaming?!!)
AAAAAHH!! DON'T EAT ME!! (The casserole screams, springing out of the casserole dish, forming itself into a ball shape, and rolling underneath the control panel.)
Geez, it's still alive! (Moosey exclaims, dropping the now empty casserole dish.)
(Eye-Sicle finally gets back up to his feet.) Sorry 'bout that, fellas, carry on. Longer you stay here, the further Wanda gets, and the longer we stay stuck as each other!
I will lead the way whenever you all are ready to go. (Cleo says, turning toward the portal.) I am sure the other dragons will help us find our way through here as well.
Downstairs
Yeah, he's takin' to that like a duck takes to water. (Holly remarks.)
(She turns to Heidi.) So, sis, if we're gonna be stuck like this fer a while, how 'bout you show me how you 'n Kenny manage to run so fast?
Ooh, ooh, can you show me, too? (Plessie asks.)
Well, y' know, it's not really much different from runnin' normally. Ya just gotta make sure you build up speed gradually and yer legs don't cross together while yer runnin'. (Heidi says.)
(Kenny nods in agreement.)

(Oscar likewise takes comfort in the fact that, despite this crazy situation (and the crazy situations he has been in previously), he's always had Lucian, Aaron, or June (or two or all three of them) around through them all. He leans against Lucian.)
Ooh, gotcha! (June nods.) So...what am I gonna do...?
(She snickers.) Ooh, one way I prank people sometimes is disguisin' everybody in th' room as one other person with my illusions just before someone else walks in to confuse 'em! That's one prank that hopefully shouldn't scare 'em!
Ah yes, the old "find the real person" routine. (Darnell chuckles.) Can't tell you how many times I fell for that one.

They and Stitch were then about to follow Cleo into the portal when the casserole from last season suddenly moves around. Ralsei and Power yelp and quickly step back.
"It's still alive even after the season?!"
"It must be a Treatling!"
"Oh right! I saw a few of those in the Spacepod before!"
"These food creatures are powered by Star Energy, which came from a magical meteor shower on Mr. Star's birthday!" Power says to Moosey. "I took Ichi out to the hilltop to watch it for my early birthday celebration, but luckily we left before the meteors crashed!"
"Whoa... wish I attended the party with you, but we had to rest from the Hotland Mission!"
Meanwhile, Stitch chases the casserole with his tongue hanging out.
"Hey! You can just look for something to eat past the portal!" shouts Lilo.
Stitch skids and turns around to face the portal again, but Ralsei turns to the TV and folds his ears at Kris sharing a podium with Spamton.

The human's expression doesn't change, but deep down, they just want to stay as far away from him as the tribute barrier could allow them. They wonder how Ralsei's doing after their own mission back home, hoping that he's doing well.
"Power...?" asks Ralsei. "Sh-Should I tell them when I go home?"
"Up to you, but don't worry about them! Kris will be alright after the season and Wanda needs us more!"
"Okay!"
"And we'll see you around, Ichi!"
They and Stitch both wave goodbye to him and Lilo, respectively, as they all prepare to follow Cleo inside.
The Database Library, Basement
6k2 sighs in relief. "Good for them... but are you still gonna watch your clone fight?"
"Maybe... maybe not," says Steven. "It's still a lot to take in, and not just because of my mental health."
"What do you mean? Is it about your nominator this season?"
"Yes... the staff called me to tell me that my monster form wasn't chosen as a reserve several times recently, so they had to nominate him as their main instead."
"I see... but who among the staff cloned you? Billy?"
Steven pauses. "Not exactly... you see, 6k1—"
"2," she says, "she's busy with an experiment."
"Oh sorry, but anyway, when that staff member called me, they told me that they'll nominate me in behalf of Billy because..." he sighs, "I'm sorry, but I can't tell you what happened to him. It's confidential."
6k2 also pauses. She hasn't heard from him since he last offered to give Asriel a SOUL three days ago, or rather, around five Earth Prime months. She gets back to Steven, "I see... whatever happened to him, I hope he's okay, but I'd still be concerned if he misses the Nom Games."
Then again, she saw him more as a business partner than a brother, so she wouldn't be as shaken as last time if he fails to show up, but if he's gone for good, then that means...
Arcturus... she thinks as she turns to the direction of Mimi's room.
"Thanks for telling me, by the way," she says to Steven, "and good luck and take care of yourself!"
6k2 then ends the call and shrugs when she was not chosen to nominate a reserve after three consecutive seasons of them. She emails the scientist that he has more time to catch a Pokémon for next, then calls Jumba to nominate Shredder.
"Experiment 134 also want to be data cloned because he only designed to shred important documents!"
"Alright, fair enough. And how are Lilo and Stitch, by the way?"
"No word from them yet, but did you figure out who they brought to party?"
"No..."
"Hahaha! It was Experiment 355!"
"What?!" 6k2 nearly falls off her seat. "Why him, of all Experiments? I banned him from entering the Arena for a good reason!"
"But you did not ban him anywhere else! But do not worry, Database Manager Duplicate, 355 was tamed and will not swap anyone's minds at party... unless he choose otherwise."
"So he might just prank the guests there, right?"
"Yes... and Evil Genius is looking forward to hear mind switcheroo stories when 355 returns! Muahahahahaha!!!"
6k2 sighs. "Then I hope everyone there keeps safe, or if they got hit, then I hope Swapper will have the heart to switch them back quickly."

Power, determined to still join, tried to use her healing magic, but accidentally summoned her Stand and blinded Swapper.
"Oof... That gotta hurt." Bowser jr. said, rubbing his head, having used paint attacks before.
"Well crap..." Alex sighed before running (or trying to because of Wendy's heels) towards Swapper to help him getting up.
Aaron, despite his shock, didn't let go of Power for a moment. The Lucario looked at her hand and got worried.
Then again, this isn't the first time he had to deal with someone panicking. Lucian more than prepared him for this kind of situation.
"Try to take a deep breath. It's okay. You didn't know. That was an accident, nothing more. We've all got your back, alright?" he reassured, trying to imitate Ichi by petting Power with his free hand on the head too.
"I'M NOT SURE IF POWER'S STAND CAN DESUMMON THAT PAINTING OUT OF SWAPPER'S EYES. IF HE CAN'T HELP HER AND RALSEI, WE'LL HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO ASK WANDA." Tokage said to Ichi before looking at Power.
"BUT YOU MAY BE RIGHT. YOU SHOULD HURRY, NOT JUST FOR OUR BODIES, BUT FOR WANDA AS WELL. I DON'T KNOW THAT MUCH ABOUT THE DRAGON REALMS, BUT SHE MAY HAVE RUN INTO TROUBLE. AND DON'T WORRY ABOUT YOUR POWERS, YOU WILL MASTER THEM IN TIME, I'M CERTAIN OF THIS."
"...Right... You're right. I-It still feels a bit scary though. And now I'm worried about you instead." Lucian said to Oscar, scratching his ear.
"Yeah... Maybe we are sharing the same dream right now. A-At least it isn't as dangerous as what we've been through... I think." the shy "Thievul" said, looking at the mirror too and just as disturbed as Oscar.
Lucian sighed and nervously grabbed his foreleg, trying to remember Aaron, Alex, and Tokage's words.
"S-Still... H-Having your body won't prevent me to take care of you. I guess w-we just... have to relax now."
