I've heard Encyclopedia Dramatica can't be troped anywhere on the wiki but I might have misunderstood that. But if this is true, I highly doubt we can trope KF as well. Especially since they keep an eye on us...

Technically a valid example. The question is whether we want it.

I'd say no. That website is well-known as an alt-right harassment factory. The less of them, the better.

If we don't mention Encyclopedia Dramatica then we definitely shouldn't mention the dollar store version of it.

Not overly familiar with the "P5-banned works being allowed on trope pages as long as the examples themselves are clean." but given that the examples are specifically about the words "retarded", "I HAVE AUTISM", and "Jews", then I don't think it fulfuls that criteria.

I don't think comparing this to P5 makes sense, because the wiki won't be demonetized for saying "Jews" or "retarded". The problem technically isn't the nature of the filtered words; it's the nature of the site that makes it untropeable.

Yeah, I think it's best to not mention KF at all anywhere on the site.

(In fact, didn't they target us during the recent Yack Fest drama?)

I mean, that one aspect of the site is tropeable. However, as others have said, we shouldn't be indirectly promoting a site like Kiwi Farms ever. I don't think comparing it to P5-banned works is a good reason to keep it either, since I'd honestly consider hentai or whatever to be more appropriate to trope (at least when it comes to the SFW stuff) than a website dedicated solely to harassing people.

"Target" implies that they were doing anything more than pointing and laughing. Which they are always doing to every web site on the entire internet everywhere.

I mean, that is absolutely a thing the making fun of Sonichu fandom is willing to do. They just didn't do it here, to us.

They did threaten it AFAIK but it might've just been a joke to scare us.

And the more we talk about them the more joy they get out of it, so it's best to not even give them the dignity. Not sure what to do about the entry though. I personally don't see the site as worth promoting, but it is an example of the trope, so.

I wanna know if there's any violations from this BaseBreakingCharacter.SCP Foundation entry:

• Episode 110: Dexter Banks, the director in "Creature Feature" sacrificing people to the Web, appears to be a parody of Quentin Tarantino. This is hilariously appropriate when you realize that the Web is the patron of spiders - Tarantino is serving the power with the most feet.

It's a parody of Tarantino and thus fictionalized, and the fetish stuff is practically Stock Parody Jokes for Tarantino, so I don't think it's necessarily controversial to make the connection.

Though, you should probably get rid of the Fetish Fuel link and maybe explain the joke in case someone comes along who doesn't know about Quentin Tarantino and his foot fetish.

I'm aware of why the user would add Mini and Lui, but I feel like Ohm is a personal opinion.

Entry has bad grammar at least.

Tropers/lwr3cky0U added that and similar entries. Their formatting and grammar is very bad. I'm on mobile, what item was this added under? I also have no idea what context this would work in as it seems to be a vague RL example that probably doesn't fit most audience reactions.

Then nuke it cuz Tear Jerker is NRLEP.

Hopefully this doesn't make me sound whiny, but there's this entry on DethroningMoment.Advertising that complains about not being allowed to say "retarded" as a slur and whines about "PC culture." Is this kosher?^{Also some rants about the entry's logic} It also makes a false equivalency to the intrusive thoughts inherent in OCD, and as somebody who has a very similar kind of OCD as the one described, it's kind of a silly argument because the reason those thoughts pop up is because the words are offensive and our brain is trying to upset us. It also compares "retarded" to other words with the same root with different cultural contexts which is eye-rolling, and it brings up a South Park episode that I presume refers to the episode about the word "shit," which doesn't have the same context because it's not targeted against any specific group. The PSA itself sounds kind of cheesy, so they can definitely talk about why they hate it and its faulty logic, but do we want to encourage people to complain about the message that "retarded" shouldn't be thrown around like that? (Especially since it delves into that "I had a childhood experience that made this work suck for me" garbage that plagues DMOS.)
