Suggestion (runoff crowner 19 February 2019): Creepy Jazz Music

I tried to suggest some images for this page on the Image Suggestion thread a while ago, but they were rejected. But now, I've got plenty more:

The following are from Forbidden Zone, taken from this video.

Do any of these look good? I'll keep hunting for more.

EDIT: I realized just now that the first two from Forbidden Zone look almost identical. They were actually a few seconds apart in the video. I'll look for other images from that scene if necessary, but I'll just wait to hear some opinions first.

Perhaps 5 is better.

5 shows both creepy and jazz, so

I'm not so sold on 5, it's certainly creepy but the instruments blend into everything a bit too much for my liking.

I have to agree with . I didn't even see the instruments on 5 at first - and that's being familiar with the source material. 1.5 is probably the best, but getting permission feels unlikely, since it's a print.

The Futurama ones aren't really doing it for me either, since I don't know the show. They just sort of look like some red robots forming a rock n' roll band.

I kinda like the final Forbidden Zone shot, but I'm not super sold.

What work is 5.1 from?

I agree with the previous post's objections to 5.1 and the robot pics (additionally, the trope has nothing to do with robots, so it might be distracting).

None of the suggestions really do it for me - I'll see if I can find something.

I like 1.5. This is sort of hard to illustrate, being a soundtrack trope.

I could go for either 3 or 5, but I agree that it was hard to see the instruments in 5 at first. Still, 5 puts more emphasis on the musicians than 3...

Also, it's not showing up for me at the moment, but 1.3 might be good if it were better quality...

But if neither of those are good enough, keep BUPKIS.

Thanks, it's hooked and the thread title's updated.

Hold on, why is 1.1 in the runoff crowner instead of 1.5? The first crowner had 1.5 and 5.1 as the only two with positive vote ratios.

Noted and adjusted; thanks for catching that. If you already voted, check the change and see if you want to stick with your vote.

I think you got some of them mixed up. 1.1 is a Futurama pic. The one on the new crowner is that piece of vintage art.
