If Psyche's gonna host, who's gonna run?

Out of curiosity as I didn't check, how much is that second tribute of mine worth?

As per World Atlas on 2018/5/20:

When money is considered as the physical coins, bank notes, and the ones deposited in both checking and savings accounts; the total amount globally is approximately 36.8 trillion USD.

From Wikipedia:

Treasure is a concentration of wealth - often those that originate from ancient history — that is considered lost and/or forgotten until rediscovered.

Seeing as the money figure is outdated, and that certain treasures include long-lost paintings, crown jewels, and gemstones, AND that I'm not even accounting for Panem's currency, I'm gonna say at least one hundred trillion US Dollars.

Also, if we don't get a runner soon, may I try running?

Well that's certainly an impressive amount.

Considering that tribute could include fabled treasures that are said to have mythical properties/powers such as the biblical Ark of the Covernent, the value could well be even higher. Plus said properties/powers could potentially explain what that tribute does in the games.

I should mention this to any who are either interested in screening or haven't tried it yet: You can actually use Chrome to screen full pages without an extension, that's how I made the screens for the Total Drama sim. Just go to the three dots in the upper right corner, go to "more tools", then go to "developer tools" at the bottom. Then, the developer tool window should have its own three dots in its own upper right corner. Click that and go to "run command", then type in screencap. Manage to complete all that and there should be four types of screencaps to use, with the one that does the whole page being the full size one.

Just found out about this when I decided to be the one to do the screens for the Total Drama sim.

Firefox also has a built-in screenshot tool, that even lets you crop directly before saving while still screening longer pages (nice for cropping to just the events)

Sorry, but signups are closed for this season. The next season will also be the "Battle Royale", which uses the 1st-3rd place tributes from the past 12 seasons, but feel free to join after that!

Welcome to Season 90, everyone! I hope you're all sitting back, relaxed and eager to see how your tributes perform!

As per usual, my hosting style will be of the short 'n sweet variety because that's the hosting style I'm most comfortable with. I may add my own interpretations of events here and there, but please remember that that's all they are - my personal interpretations. The event text is the true canon of the season, not my flavour text, so all other interpretations are welcome.

Here be our cast! (backup)◊ It's one of those seasons alright, with a fair few inanimate objects- hang on, what's my copy of Map of the Soul: 7 doing here!?

Well, without further ado, let's get into it!

THE BLOODBATH (backup)◊

• Here we have the usual Bloodbath tradition of most tributes yeeting away from the Cornucopia and/or grabbing supplies.
• The season begins with a very impressive feat: Sou Hiyori effortlessly killing the whole damn Homunculi. Sheesh! I knew you were controversial, but I didn't know you were capable of that!
• Banshee immediately goes for the kill… but ultimately doesn't get the kill.
• Fibber ignores Mighty One-Eye's name to run away from really fast and picks a fight with him. Fortunately, it ends in a draw.
• Who will win: Thorne or Sam? Seems my copy of MOTS:7 is eager to find out.
  • Thorne wipes the floor with Sam. What, you were expecting anything less?
• Formaggio, how dare you! That was such a nice car!
• Ayo, Hitman Spectre introduces!
• Looks like Zigzag was zigzagging a little too hard. RIP.
• Q is eliminated for attempting to escape.
• Nidoram-M does not want Marley to die.
• Rarity and Applejack hurry away from the zombie they randomly came across.
• Watch out for Brunoplier! I think he has a pair of… pliers!
• ...2003!Lust… ugly… does not compute

DAY ONE (backup)◊

• Zero's obviously rooting for Formaggio in this one.
• In Fibber's opinion, Experiments are the strongest!
• The Chara Squad barely survives an encounter!
• Catra sees a car floating in mid-air and somehow arrives at the conclusion that it's stoned.
• 2003!Sloth becomes a catgirl. That's something for people to enjoy.
• President Snow is more interested in the Google Translated HGS season he ran himself than the one going on right now.
• Sou has breakfast in Barnacle's camp, for some reason. I guess he's worn out after his stunt earlier?
• My copy of MOTS:7! Why did you burn those pastries!? Now no one's gonna want to eat them!
• Now 2003!Lust is an ugly were-rabbit, apparently.
• But… that album never had humanity to begin with… unless you count all the guys singing and rapping in the songs on it, I guess…
• Banshee now has everything he needs to be a stoner.
• Spectre riding in a RC plane… that's a weird sight.
• All the world's money immediately gets emotionally attached to Barioth for some reason.
• Shiteyanyo assembles an army of Takoluka's fishy friends to kill Marley. Sorry, Nidoram-M, I guess you really couldn't stop him from dying.

FALLEN TRIBUTES (backup):◊ Father and the Homunculi, Sam, Ferrari 412, Zigzag, Q and Marley

Dammit Ferrari. At least Fiat 500 didn’t die immediately....

Poor Nidoran-M... he didn't want that Trainer to die, even if she's not his...

On the other hand, the Charas are DETERMINED, and they've already got the perfect weapons this season!

I mean, I can see how Catra could've come to that conclusion.

NIGHT ONE (backup)◊

• The Chara Squad begins to formulate their evil plans.
• All the money in the world gets into an argument with Marley's ghost.
• Yoshio is a wimp.
• Brunoplier kills Snow.
  • Sike! It's just a Snowjoke. Your tribute's fine, GC.
• My… my copy of MOTS:7! Shiteyanyo vandalised it! She even drew a moustache on my J-Hope photocard!
• Speaking of BTS albums, Barioth forces MOTS:P to kill Ballista, or else Barioth will destroy all the copies of all the other BTS albums in the world! MOTS:P reluctantly follows orders.
• Catra does something nice for once and saves Nidoran-M's life, but it seems that the latter is hung up over Marley's death.
• Rarity and Applejack meet up with the zombie again, but this time, they're getting along just fine.
• The spider and the Danish pastries interact… I feel like there's an Undertale joke to be made here.
• That was a bad idea, Ling Yao.
• Unconscious 514 considers smashing one of the Flat 500's windows, but decides against it.
• Vetinari is used as a sacrifice.
• We interrupt this program to give you a YouTube advertisement.
• Spectre can't die! He's too dead to die!

DAY TWO (backup)◊

• The burnt Danish pastries spare the Dog Squad's life after they do a hilariously humiliating dance.
• Zero adopts a foal. The question is, is the foal gonna be well-taken care of?
• Well, if you think that, Barioth, you can leave.
• The Flat 500 agrees for a future model of it to show it the ropes around here.
• Good idea, Nidoran-M.
• The only difference is that one has the Marco Hazard Seal of Approval, so…
• Don't fuck with Fibber!
• Yoshio was scared to death. Literally. This is a delayed reaction to what happened with him last night.
• Echidna pulls some strings to ensure that 2003!Sloth kills Formaggio despite the odds.
• Well, that's an anticlimactic death for Elena and Naomi.
• Shiteyanyo wants to become more cursed.
• President Snow is not amused by Brunoplier killing that Snowclone and tries to take him down with a mech, but things don't go according to keikaku because as we all know, Snow is a loser.
• My poor copy of MOTS:7 is very angry about being vandalised and takes its anger out on Banshee, whom it seemingly believes was the culrpit.
• But all the world's money never had emotions to begin with…
• We interrupt this program again to give you another YouTube advertisement.
  • Seriously? When did the commercials for this channel get so aggressive? Anyways…
• Mussel and Barnacle… I ship it.
• Sou is a troll.
