This has the same problem that nearly all titles tropes have. To wit: it's a valid pattern in media, that says something about the work, but its kinda weaksauce and there's no way to provide context other than the title.

Instructional Title has a single sentence description that reads like an index, but the page itself isn't an index. The examples on page are basically lists of works. Almost none of them have context. As far as cross-wicks:

Since January 1, 2012 this article has brought 40 people to the wiki from non-search engine links.
Proposing either turning this into an index (removing the need for context), or just cutting it. The redirect (How To Title) itself should be cut, as nothing is using it.
