This Hansel and Gretel fan-art pic was approved in the Image Suggestion thread for Fattening the Victim, but we still need to ask the artist for permission.

This Star Trek: Deep Space Nine fan-art pic was approved in the Image Suggestion thread for Proud Merchant Race Guy, but we still need to ask the artist for permission.

This image was selected for Pale Females, Dark Males but needs permission. The artist's email is greg@greghardin.net, if anyone wants to make the attempt; I won't have time for the next coupla days.

It's been more than 60 days since the pics in the OP were posted and I have yet to hear from either artist, so I'm good to go ahead and go with them.

Were the artists for the pics in 2 and 5 ever contacted?

The pics in the OP have been put up on their respective pages and linked to the originals and the artists' pages. Did anyone contact the aforementioned artists?

Found the source for the new pic for Land of Tulips and Windmills on Deviant Art... could someone send a request to the artist?

Done through dA...I may try her Pixiv account if I don't get a response.

This pic was upvoted for the trope Mars Wants Chocolate... can someone do the honours and drop a line to the artist?

Likewise for this new picture so we can use it on Rat King.

The artist gave permission for the Mars Wants Chocolate pic as long as we also include his Facebook page in the links and send him the link to the trope page once it's done...don't have time ATM to do it.

EDIT: That one's done and the artist for Rat King has been pinged.

We're still waiting on the artist to give their permission to use this◊ for Oedipus Complex. There's a backup plan in case permission is rejected.

IP thread

The artist finally responded to my tweets and gave permission, so that one's done.

Awaiting permission for this pic for Ironic Fear as of 9/13/17.

This image◊ for Solitary Sorceress has been tentatively upvoted in the Image Suggestion thread. The artist in question is one Ted Nasmith.

I've gone ahead and put up a cropped version of that pic with links to the original and the artist's website.

FYI, a different pic was added to Ironic Fear in the meantime. I'm agnostic on the issue.

So Fattening the Victim, Rat King, Proud Merchant Race Guy, and Consuming Passion are still unresolved. Should we just go ahead and add them?

Yeah, after all this time, we’re clearly not going to get an official , so let’s go with them.

Since this one was unpinned and has been dead for a few months, are there any objections to just closing it?
