Yes, revenge here. She slaughtered apprentices, teachers, and our outsider mages alike. No one can do such a thing to the Shapers, and expect to walk away breathing. Especially not a rogue shaper like her.
Well, Litalia was a bit... off back then. She was very terroristic. (I didn't know her at the time, of course. Once I actually started working with her, she had become a lot less wanton in her killing.) So anyway, I wanted to protect the islands and the people on them from her army of rogues, and to get off the islands. There was a quarantine after all, to keep her and her friends from escaping.
I suppose after "The Incident", we didn't really have a reason to work together after that. At least they didn't, so we parted ways then. This is like... a band reunion tour, kind of, except with adventurers.
