Can you tell me about your faith?
For the most part, it's pretty easy. Being stationed on a relatively secure area means I'm usually deployed on low-risk missions. Scout here, patrol there, escort this convoy, guard that facility. Steady work means steady pay, right?
Then again, it wasn't always like this. Back when the Commander took over, we were deployed against Sangvis forces for days on end. Sometimes even weeks. But in the end we managed to boot them off the sector, so I guess it all paid off.

I'll ask if it needs something, politely and from a safe distance. If it proves hostile, I should be able to dodge, return fire, and call for backup. If it doesn't respond, I'll report to HQ and wait for further orders. If neither of those scenario happens and I'm able to help the creature, then great!

It's going very well, unlike my experiments this relationship has had a success rate of 100%.
