Dang that is going to be a lot of work. I recently watched 47, 48, 49, and 50 and could probably recap those, but most of the rest of them are pretty hazy in my memory.

Here is a shot at one, I did not link it to the main list because it is a little scant. Go ahead and look it over and if you like it I might do the other three.

That's awesome, thanks. I know it's a lot of work but with the original episodes of Pokemon being as popular as they are I'm sure we could get it done eventually. The other episodes don't necessarily need to be done (I just put their folders up just in case and to be consistent) but the odd episode could be done here and there.
Cool, when I get the time I will put together a few others I remember. My familiarity with what tropes are out there is not great so they may not have a long list but a start is a start and probably someone else can bulk them up a bit.
Yeah, it's fine just to get basic pages at the moment, they can be added to later. It's a pretty good start though.

I filled in a bunch of episodes with red links, that should make making the new pages a touch easier since no one will have to mess around with the url, at least for the episodes up through 48.
One issue - the wikiwords (URLs) are currently in the S1E1 format, we should probably use Bulbapedia's EP001 format to avoid the Japanese vs. English series/season debate.
I had a dog-themed avatar before it was cool. Are there any objections to including the movies (and the other non-episode specials — Mewtwo Returns, The Mastermind of Mirage Pokémon, The Legend of Thunder, et cetera) in their chronological placement? We can't use airdates in some cases, because MMoMP never aired in Japan...
(Holiday Hi-Jynx and Snow Way Out go between Electric Soldier Porygon and Pikachu's Goodbye, as they were intended to air as Christmas Episodes but got delayed by almost a year because of the seizure incident.)
I had a dog-themed avatar before it was cool.I don't necessarily mind the current season format. We're already using the English episode titles whenever possible, so we might as well just keep the English season divisions. What has me curious is how we handle page titles for episodes that aren't given numbers or seasons at all, such as Holiday Hi-Jynx and Snow Way Out.
I'm in the process of adding the full episode list to the page. This includes movies and special episodes, some of which already have their own pages and don't need recaps. In those cases, their individual articles are directly linked to. The only anime episodes I do not currently plan to add to the page are the planetarium films, which probably nobody on the site has seen anyway, and XY episodes that haven't yet received English titles.
Some of the existing first season recaps are very stubby stubs, by the way.
Taking steps to abandon this handle.I added the second episode, but I only came up with a small handful of tropes if anyone wants to take a look at it and make some additions.
As a side note: I had to clean up several Zero Context Examples. If you know a trope is in an episode but cannot come up with complete context you can post it in this thread to ask for help, ok? Let's keep our recap pages nice and clean.
Thanks for contributing - you've gotten a lot done in a short time. I'm going to finish adding the episode list sometime soonish.
Taking steps to abandon this handle. Thanks c: It is getting a little easier in some ways, but my summarizing abilities are not great, haha. Hopefully no one will hesitate to rewrite the summaries if they believe they can do better.
That pesky episode list is finally completely up to date, and I fixed an issue that was preventing a certain page from being indexed.
"He's a detective that breaks all the rules. She's an officer consumed with revenge. Together, they're... fired. They're awful cops."Previously, those of us who'd been working on the recaps put in custom title requests so that only the episode name was displayed, and these requests had always been approved. Septimus recently informed me that this is actually contrary to the accepted format for recap pages, so I've had all the existing recaps changed to the correct display format. If you create a new recap, please make sure your custom title request fits the standards!
"He's a detective that breaks all the rules. She's an officer consumed with revenge. Together, they're... fired. They're awful cops."A whole bunch of existing recaps are either stubs, or have several examples but no synopsis. Can anyone step in and help build these pages up? Something is better than nothing.

"He's a detective that breaks all the rules. She's an officer consumed with revenge. Together, they're... fired. They're awful cops."Speaking from prior experience doing recaps, you're going to have a hell of a time. It took me roughly a year-and-a-half to do the recaps for Battlestar Galactica Reimagined, and that was with periods where I got burned out from doing two to three recaps a week for the four-season run and specials.
Yesterday I decided to make a Pokemon recap page and do recap pages for all of the episodes (at least all of the Kanto episodes for a start as they're by far the most popular). I've made the recap page itself and set a sort of template by doing the first episode, so it'd be great if other people would be able to help me.
