The SWAT officers probably immediately think the only thing that will slay the demon is a rocket launcher or flamethrower and then when they see it they try to run all the way to it (Although i assume they must be extremely heavy with all that armor.).

Gangut's guns can pierce almost almost 400 mm worth of steel armor. At 10 kilometers. Gangut is also sufficiently armored to resist her own guns. I'd imagine she can take him down much faster than RoboCop did.
